Struttura consigliatissima.
Pros:

Struttura bellissima con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia. Vicina al mare: si può andare anche a piedi, se si è allenati per le salite.
La signora Anna Maria è molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di lasciare la camera alle 12 a.m. Il giorno della partenza. Accoglienza impeccabile.

The location was perfect, semi-rural but only a short walk downhill to the beach.
Pros:

The property had lovely views and gardens full of flowers. Rooms were comfortable and spotless and Meena could not have been more helpful. Would definitely come back here.

Cons:

We liked everything about the property.

Es war eine schöne, gepflegte und ruhige Anlage.
Pros:

Wir hatten von unserer Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Bad war neu renoviert.

Cons:

An der Terrassentür wäre ein Mückenschutz vorteilhaft gewesen.

Pros:

Il verde, la tranquillità, la pulizia, la posizione.
La disponibilità in tutto. Vengono messi a disposizione degli ospiti anche ombrelloni , sedie e giocattoli da mare da poter portare in spiaggia. Tanto spazio per il parcheggio, anche all'ombra. La signora Anna Maria e sua figlia sanno essere davvero accoglienti, sono sempre sorridenti e prodighe di consigli e informazioni sull'isola.

Cons:

Come in tutti i posti immersi nella natura, non mancano le zanzare, unico neo del nostro soggiorno a Villa Anna Maria.
La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi da Agia Paraskevi ma la salita per raggiungerla è breve ma molto ripida.

Pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. La struttura si trova a meno di 10 minuti di scooter dal centro di Skiathos ed è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente sia le spiagge della costa nord che quelle della costa sud. Inoltre, dispone di un ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte alla casa, quindi trovare posto per auto o scooter non è mai stato un problema. Consigliatissima!

Pros:

Locatia este intr-o zona perfecta pentru a explora insula, propietarii pensiunii sunt foarte amabili si intodeauna sunt dispusi sa te ajute. Inca de la inceput am fost intampinati foarte frumos si am primit toate informatiile esentiale pentru vacanta de 10 nopti. Combinatia Villa Anna Maria + taverna Jimmy's din capatul stradutei este o experienta 100% greceasca.

Everything is so great! The staff, the cleanliness, the location with a great local beach and just 10 min by car from amazing beaches like Koukounaries and also Skiathos town.

We had a fantastic stay at Anna Maria Accommodation in Skiathos. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was cleaned every single day. The balcony and terrace were absolutely amazing, with a stunning, breathtaking sea view — we spent most of our time there whenever we were at the apartment.

The location is also great for exploring the beaches and enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay. Anna Maria and Meena were wonderful hosts: very kind, welcoming, always ready to help, and happy to give useful recommendations.

Overall, the hospitality was excellent, the place was spotless, and the view from the balcony was simply magnetic. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The appartment has terrase with stunning,breathtaking view where we spent most of our time whenever we were at apartment.
Also,everything was cleaned every day.
The location is great for exploring beaches.

Wonderful place and amazing hospitality!
We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area, very close to the beaches, and it has everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean, with the room being cleaned every single day. The hosts were incredibly kind, always available, and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. On our check-out day, since our ferry was at 4:00 PM, they generously offered to let us go to the beach and come back to take a shower before leaving. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality, highly recommended!

Väldigt trevliga värdar. Super med erbjudande av transfer till och från flygplatsen och matinköp inför ankomsten. Mycket bra städning.
Bra utrustat ”kök”.
Läget är väldigt lugnt och vackert.
Tredje gången vi bor här.

Myggorna är lite jobbiga men det är lika vart man än bor.
