Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

La ubicación y la atención
La ubicación ya que queda justo al frente de la Plaza de Armas de Cusco, eje de su centro histórico.
En general, es un hotel decepcionante, caro para lo que ofrece. Es un hotel elemental y hasta rudimentario en muchos sentidos, con habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas. Además, el desayuno es restringido y repetitivo. Por suerte, la persona que atiende la cocina se esmera por ofrecer un buen servicio. No es así con la persona que atendió la recepción durante las mañanas, que actuaba de forma un tanto hosca.
It’s location is unbeatable. And since we took the suite the room size was huge and very comfortable
They don’t have black out curtains and being on the square which is brightly lit up there’s too much light in the room making sleeping difficult . If they could take care of this one problem there property is unmatchable
Location excellent - right at the plaza. Breakfast average, but good. We stayed at a deluxe room, which met expectations, and upgrade to a suite, which faced the plaza - that was outstanding.

We stayed in a suite. Our balcony was right on the Plaza De Armas, looking directly across at the Cathedral. The room was cleaned daily. The included breakfast was excellent. The front desk was staffed 24/7 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife thought it was odd that we had to turn in and leave our room key at the front desk whenever we left but it worked well as we did not have to worry about losing it. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and all that we tried were good. We were also able to easily walk to the San Pedro train station to catch our train to Machu Picchu.
The Plaza de Armas is a hub of activity so if you want solitude, this is not a good location for you. If you want to be located in the middle of Cusco, close to everything, this is an excellent choice.

La cama está bien pero un poquito hundido el colchón. Le faltaría un hervidor eléctrico en la habitación.
The view from our balcony was fantastic and the room was huge with a big bathroom. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but tasty and the hotel were happy to provide a packed lunch on the days we had an early tour.
