Convenient, clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed in a suite. Our balcony was right on the Plaza De Armas, looking directly across at the Cathedral. The room was cleaned daily. The included breakfast was excellent. The front desk was staffed 24/7 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife thought it was odd that we had to turn in and leave our room key at the front desk whenever we left but it worked well as we did not have to worry about losing it. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and all that we tried were good. We were also able to easily walk to the San Pedro train station to catch our train to Machu Picchu.

Cons:

The Plaza de Armas is a hub of activity so if you want solitude, this is not a good location for you. If you want to be located in the middle of Cusco, close to everything, this is an excellent choice.

Fantastic view of the main square
Pros:

The view from our balcony was fantastic and the room was huge with a big bathroom. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but tasty and the hotel were happy to provide a packed lunch on the days we had an early tour.
