Excelente Hotel para conhecer a região da Serra da Estrela. Recomendo muito!!
Pros:

Limpeza, conforto com ar condicionado e instalações novas e roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. Excelente piscina. Café da manhã muito variado, com itens de ótima qualidade e organizado. Disponibilidade de um ótimo restaurante para jantares e almoços com atendimento impecável e comida excelente com várias opções no cardápio.

Wir hatten ein sehr nettes ruhiges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Ort. Sehr gut geschlafen. Nettes Personal. Wir waren zufrieden.

A zona da piscina é muito calma, gostamos muito e é ótimo para relaxar e aproveitar o bom tempo!
Atendimento muito simpático, tudo muito limpo!

Cons:

O pequeno almoço deveria ser mais variado… ficou um pouco aquém do que esperávamos!

Everything great except for the breakfast
Pros:

The room was great; comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, quiet.

Cons:

We're huge fans of breakfasts in Portuguese hotels, and have literally stayed at dozens, but the breakfast here was utterly disappointing. Everything was of bad quality. Especially the scrambled eggs, which smelled like they were bad, and the coffee was cold. Funnily enough, I loved this restaurant when I had lunch a few years ago on a different road trip.

Pros:

we arrived earlier than expected ,couldnt check in but sat on the veranda with cold beers ,Bread ,Ham & Cheese
the host was very helpful ,rooms were fantastic
pool was used as it had been really hot on our motorcycles
the restaurant was very good too !

Great staff . Food in restaurant excellent . Wouldn’t recommend to novice motorcyclist as access and egress to car park

I was in room 210 and there was constant knocking and banging in the evenings . I spoke to staff about it but couldn’t resolve it . I think it must’ve come from the kitchen 2 floors down as I had no residents either side of my room

El cuidado de los detalles, la ubicación perfecta con vistas de Manteigas y la piscina. Un hotel familiar y muy atentos, en especial Marco.
