Repeat customer here! Still love this hotel after my 4th stay.
Pros:

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel and I will certainly be back again! It's very clean, the building is beautiful, and it's well-placed right in the heart of the old part of Santiago next to the cathedral entrance. Everything is comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped with everything. Very nice staff that goes out of their way to help.

O Hotel é maravilhoso!! Tem uma localização excelente ao lado da catedral e perto de tudo. O atendimento é perfeito, todos muito agradáveis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Tudo muito limpo e bonito. Recomendo!!

Gelungener Abschluß des Camino. Beste Lage, schönes sauberes Zimmer. Vor allem sehr freundliches Personal. Konnte den Rucksack deponieren, beim Check-In war er schon im Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Das Gleiche gilt auch für den Herrn bei der Abreise am frühen Morgen.
