Exceptional - Stay here if yiu have the opportunity!
Pros:

Hotel Rua Villar is exceptional! I stayed here after completing the Portuguese Camino. The hotel is very centrally located in the historic center of Santiago and is a (5) minute walk maximum from the Cathedral. The property features a lovely aesthetic. It is quiet, clean and my room was spacious and welcoming. The upper floors all look into a beautiful sky lit interior atrium which is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL Y LA ATENCIÓN Y AMABILIDAD DE SANDRA, CRISTINA, JAVIER Y LAS CHICAS QUE TE ASEAN LA HABITACIÓN. LA HABITACIÓN DOBLE SUPERIOR MUY CÓMODA Y AMPLIA.

BASTANTE ACOTADO Y EN EL CASO PERSONAL QUE SÓLO TOMÁBAMOS CAFÉ Y TÉ CON TOSTADAS CON MANTECA Y DULCE, Y JUGO, NOS SERVIAN SÓLO 2 CAFÉ, SI QUERÍAS REPETIR UN TERCER CAFÉ TE LO COBRABAN APARTE, A PESAR DE QUE ERA DESAYUNO BUFFET. ASÍ QUE OPTAMOS POR LLEVARNOS UN SAQUITO DE TÉ Y UN SOBRE DE CAFÉ INSTANTÁNEO PARA PODER TOMAR UN TERCER CAFÉ Y TÉ. ÉSO ME PARECIÓ MUY MAL.
TAMBIÉN LAS CONDICIONES DEL COLCHÓN. ERA INCÓMODO Y TUVIMOS QUE PEDIRLE A LA CHICA QUE LIMPIABA LA HABITACIÓN QUE CADA DOS DÍAS LO DIERA VUELTA, PUES SE HUNDÍA Y NOS HACIA DOLER LA CINTURA.

A good accommodation near the Cathedral
Pros:

Near the Cathedral, shops, and eating places. The receptionist are all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was at the top floor with the slanted ceiling on one end which is not good for tall people.

Ótimo local, péssima equipe!
Pros:

A localização é excelente e a acomodação é muito boa!

Cons:

Algumas pessoas da equipe não são nada educadas! Foram desrespeitosos com minha mãe diversas vezes. Inclusive ignorando-a afirmando que não falam com quem não sabe falar espanhol. Gostaria muito de ver como este hotel viveria sem turistas de outros países. Ingratos!

Perfect place to stay in Santiago

Hotel is very well situated in the centre but also very calm. Staff is very friendly and caring, helped me with everything I needed. Rooms look exceptionally nice. Big variety of breakfast options.

La hospitalidad, la localización y lo bien que dormí en la cama.

La llave. Aunque es un lugar histórico, cada vez que intentaba entrar era una odisea. Al final ya le pillé el truco…
