Rose Court Hotel

Everything, the bed was super uncomfortable, the sink was hanging off the wall, the property was super outdated, the carpet was disgusting. I don’t usually review properties.. but this was hands down the worse place I’ve stayed.

The other room I booked out had cables coming through the floor. And the sheets were stained… If I’m honest.. the place needs knocking down and re building

Reggeli nem volt. Nem is lehetett volna, mert az étkező lomokkal volt tele és le volt zárva. A Booking-on lévő fényképek egy valaha régen volt felújítás után készülhettek plusz megvilágítás és csinosítás mellett, mert a hotel közel sincs ilyen állapotban. A mostani állapot egy nyolcvanas évekbeli kelet európai szocialista gyári üdülőre hasonlít. Mindenhol mállik a festék, rozsdásak a radiátorok, dohos szag van, kifeküdt matracok, elavult szerelvények. Nekünk nagy csalódás volt érkezéskor. Abszolút nem erre számítottunk.

Everything - it needs a complete refurb and employ staff who care and can speak English and answer the telephone disgusting place

Could do with a bit of updating

No AC in the room which made sleeping at night hard while 25-30 degrees outside. Stayed in room facing the street which would be noisy until late at night.

Die Zimmer dürften zuletzt in den 80er Jahren renoviert worden sein. Der deckenventilator (wir sprechen hier natürlich nicht von einer air condition) ließ sich nicht einschalten was den Mann an der Rezeption aber auch nicht weiter zu irgendwelchen Aktivitäten getrieben hätte.

Dirty , old , tatty.

I wanted to confirm the booking so I emailed no reply. I rang and rang but never got an answer until the morning of the stay.
When I got there it took forever to convince her of my name she was adamant it was another similar sounding name.
Finally got my booking (she blamed me for not knowing what my name is) then she proceeded to "find" a room.
It was a twin I booked and it didn't resemble the photos at all⅞. The room had 2 singles pushed into a corner, but the bedding was clean. Everything was tired but about what I expected. The bathroom had seen better days. The sink only had cold water and the "shower" only had hot.
There was no kettle but it did have tea, coffee ect. The coffee sachets were out of date, teabags in a plastic cup uncovered. So we wouldn't have been able to use them anyway.
All in, it was the location that saved the day.

There’s woman she lives in same hotel in third floor she is sooooo rude and she leaving papers everywhere in the floor I don’t recommend this hotel
