A bed to rest your head on after a day of exploring
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location, bed was comfy! We booked a triple room and had 2 singles and a double, a bathroom with a bath and shower. It was dated but I had no issues at all with sleeping. The l8ght had a fan attached to it too which helped circulate the air

Cons:

Updated decor but it wouldnt have changed the stay

I’d highly not recommend it , although the staff were very nice

I’ve never seen such a neglected property ever with so much potential .

Nada, todo horrible.

Cons:

Una experiencia totalmente inaceptable. La habitación estaba sucia y muy deteriorada. Nada más llegar encontramos la cama sin preparar correctamente y con varias manchas oscuras de origen desconocido en la ropa de cama, por lo que tuvimos que hacerla nosotros mismos. La madera de las ventanas estaba podrida y con la pintura desprendiéndose, la ducha llena de óxido y las bolsitas de té de cortesía estaban agujereadas, aparentemente por insectos. Esa misma noche la cerradura dejó de funcionar y tuvimos que bloquear la puerta con una silla para poder dormir. Comunicamos todas las incidencias durante la estancia, pero el hotel únicamente nos dijo que estaba completo y no nos ofreció ninguna solución. Tengo videos y fotos de pruebas.

Pros:

The location

Cons:

Everything, the bed was super uncomfortable, the sink was hanging off the wall, the property was super outdated, the carpet was disgusting. I don’t usually review properties.. but this was hands down the worse place I’ve stayed.

The other room I booked out had cables coming through the floor. And the sheets were stained… If I’m honest.. the place needs knocking down and re building

Sokkal rosszabb, mint a képeken. Ha lejjebb adod az elvárásokat, akkor elmegy. A személyzet kedves!
Pros:

környék jó! Minden könnyen megközelíthető. A Hyde park és a nagy múzeumok nagyon közel vannak.A személyzet nagyon kedves és igyekszik mindent megtenni, ami tőlük telik.

Cons:

Reggeli nem volt. Nem is lehetett volna, mert az étkező lomokkal volt tele és le volt zárva. A Booking-on lévő fényképek egy valaha régen volt felújítás után készülhettek plusz megvilágítás és csinosítás mellett, mert a hotel közel sincs ilyen állapotban. A mostani állapot egy nyolcvanas évekbeli kelet európai szocialista gyári üdülőre hasonlít. Mindenhol mállik a festék, rozsdásak a radiátorok, dohos szag van, kifeküdt matracok, elavult szerelvények. Nekünk nagy csalódás volt érkezéskor. Abszolút nem erre számítottunk.

Pros:

Starfsfólkið reyndist okkur mjög vel alveg æðislegt ❤️ sérstaklega konan frá Tyrklandi að mig minnir sem tók á móti manni alla morgna með bros á vör og af öllum vilja gerð til að hjálpa 🥰 herbergið mætti bæta enn ekkert til að kvarta yfir 🙏

Could wait to get out of there / how you call this a hotel is beyond me.
Pros:

Filthy dirty and totally shabby - a disgrace in fact. I paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 / never again will I stay at this ‘hotel’ it was like a third world slum.

Cons:

Everything - it needs a complete refurb and employ staff who care and can speak English and answer the telephone disgusting place
