Nice location. Very good AC. The owner is very friendly.
Thin walls. You can hear other guests in the other rooms.
I like the fact that was reasonably clean and there was a kettle and minibar in the room. The location is nice because is in a very local area. There is a Supermarket just next door.
The gentleman at the reception (he was rarely there) speaks very little English but even so was at times a bit invasive and I could say also searching for a more intimate conversation which I never opened up for this, I had to call my friend to talk to him to stop that inapropriate behaviour. So, not very confortable for a woman on their own. Anything you need you have to reach out someone on whatsapp in the USA. Another thing is that for anywhere close to Ayasophia or Blue Mosque or even the Bazar you have to climb quite a bit up until you reach either Sultanahmet or Beyazit. It is not close to main atractions, it is at least 20 minutes walking way up the hill. The cleaning could improve in the bathroom.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est agréable et bien situé, mais surtout, le personnel a été incroyablement gentil, chaleureux et disponible. Tout le monde a été très accueillant et attentionné, ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Istanbul !

I had an excellent stay at Sultans Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The owner, Aziz, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, especially with my rather unsociable arrival and departure times, which made my trip much easier.
My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout my stay. The location was exactly what I was looking for - right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of the city's major historical attractions. There are also plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby, so everything you need is on your doorstep.
Considering its central location, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming and reasonably priced place to stay while exploring Istanbul, Sultans Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay there again.
