Would love to come back to Istanbul - and would definitely stay at the Sultans Hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean and cleaned every day for us. It's a small hotel so not a lot of people coming and going which we also like. A very good price per night which is good when travelling.

Una soluzione semplice in centro
Pros:

Una soluzione semplice ma completa vicinissimo al centro e a molti ristoranti e caffè. Nonostante la struttura non faccia colazione in camera è possibile farla nei locali adiacenti. Ma fate attenzione Istanbul si è fatta cara e non è difficile spendere 7-10 euro per un caffè ed un croissant. Non conviene prenotare la navetta proposta dall'hotel; è condivisa con altri passeggeri ed è più costosa dei taxi. Si riesce abbastanza agevolmente a negoziare a 40 euro (per l aeroporto più lontano e 30 euro per quello più vicino) il trasporto fino all hotel (da dividere per i passeggeri) mentre la navetta vuole 30 euro a testa. Morale abbiamo pagato 60 euro in due all andata con tutto il disagio di attendere gli altri e 40 al ritorno con un taxi privato.

Cons:

Bagnetto un po' sacrificato. Richiede un po' di insonorizzazione extra (senza tappi per le orecchie sarete svegliati dalle preghiere del mattino)

Отличный вариант для короткого путешествия , не дорого.
Pros:

Расположение понравилось, завтракали в соседнем отеле. Номер чистый. Сотрудники доброжелательны

Cons:

Нет лифта, очень тесно в номере, слышен шум с улицы, в мае кондиционер не работает на холод, но ночью шум стих.

Pros:

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko głównych atrakcji: Hagia Sofia, Błękitny Meczet, Cysterna Bazyliki i Topkapi. Spokojna okolica, w pobliżu restauracje, sklep itd. Dobry dojazd z lotniska linią 11 Havaist.
Hotel kameralny, pokoje czyste, wyposażone m.in. w czajnik.

Central area, good value for money
Pros:

In a great, central area. Very easy to walk to the main sites and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. The checking in process was smooth and communication was good, they were able to organise a painless transfer for us from the airport to the hotel.

史上最差住宿体验 酒店想加钱还威胁我不要写差评 要不行李可能不见

酒店周围有很多美食

Cons:

1.在booking上付全款双人间后续更新住客姓名后，酒店老板不承认姓名修改，要求我额外加钱八十欧，否则不让我朋友入住，并拒绝扫描她的护照。随后更威胁我说不要把事情复杂化，要报警啥的。我后来自己报警了在警局等了一小时，警察说这个是平台酒店和顾客民事纠纷警察不管，我只好找booking协调，花费了一晚上的时间booking帮忙协调好了。可耻的是酒店居然和booking说他没有要求加价。
2.老板估计一直盯着cctv，完全掌握你什么时候在酒店，可以实现你一到房间就给你打电话，感觉很神经。

3.由于出现了非常不愉快的要求加价事件，老板估计也预料到我很不爽，今天checkout的时候问我是不是不喜欢这酒店，我说是，然后他说让我写点评的时候好好想想，不要到时候回来发现寄存的行李不见了。我当时行李还寄存在酒店。我的老天，居然这样公然威胁住客。
有病吧！如果不是我打电话给booking协调，他真的就要敲诈我80欧元了！
这种酒店就该被处罚！永远不应该接待客人。
4.房间和酒店本身没有图片那么好！房间很小。

Muy bien, habitación pequeña pero confortable

Muy buen trato del personal, la habitación pequeña pero confortable. Tienen minibar, pava eléctrica y secador de pelo que para mi fue muy útil. Buena relación precio-calidad.

Pros:

地理位置真的非常好,走两步就可以看到海,离圣索菲亚大教堂和蓝色清真寺都非常近,步行1公里左右就可以到;200米左右还有一个便利店,而且附近餐食非常多;对面就是一个小公园,里面有很多小猫可以撸;房间内整洁干净,服务人员也特别热情

Cozy, friendly, inexpensive, clean, close to the historical center.
Pros:

The hotel owner was very friendly and welcoming, very kind and gentle man. He explained everything and helped with some questions.
The room was small but clean, and everything worked. It is just a 15-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. I really liked it and would come back!

Very welcoming and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The staff were very friendly, especially Aziz, who made our stay even better. The room was clean, and the hotel is in a quiet area with a park nearby. Supermarket and restaurants are just a short walk away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
