Niezapomniany pobyt
Pros:

Wraz z małżonką wybraliśmy pobyt w Pałacu Pakoszów, aby świętować naszą 20-ta rocznicę ślubu. To niezwykłe, piękne i historyczne miejsce będzie na zawsze w naszych wspomnieniach. Pałac i jego otoczenie jest cudowne, mistrzowska kuchnia pałacowej restauracji, ale to co należy podkreślić to głównie dzięki niezwykłej gościnności całego personelu czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo dobrze. Uśmiech, dyskrecja, pomoc i przyjazne nastawienie od pierwszych minut do wyjazdu tworzy niezapomnianą atmosferę tego miejsca. Całemu zespołowi pracowników składamy wielkie uznanie i podziękowania.

Ich kann diesees Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Es gab mehrere Käse-, Wurstsorten, Eierspeisen, Salate, Fisch und Obst. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption und im Restaurant wurde deutsch gesprochen. Die im Restaurant angebotenen Speisen waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Ich war drei Tage im Hotel und mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Very quiet and cozy place. Beautiful views. Rich breakfast. Delicious dining. Friendly staff. Very good location but accessing the trails requires a short drive up.

Cons:

I would consider an additional fee for the parking for hotel guests as a minor flaw.

Przepiekne miejsce z widokiem na góry w cieszy i w naturze.
Pros:

Piekne miejsce w eleganckim stylu. Podobało mi sie połozenie i ogród - naturalny i piekny szczególnie teraz wiosona. Wnętrza ciekawie połączone zabytkowe elementy z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie.

Cons:

zmieniłabym oświetelnie basenu na bardziej klimatyczne i dodała ;lepsze kosmetyki w łazienkach

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, Salate hätten beschriftet werden können, da Zusammensetzung oft nicht erkennbar war. Wir benötigten ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Es war durch Mißverständnis bei Ankunft nicht vohanden. Die Rezeption ermöglichte uns nach einiger Zeit, ein mit Fahrstuhl gut erreichbares Zimmer zu bekommen - nochmals vielen Dank!

Cons:

Die Temperaturen waren hoch und die Sonne schien. Dem Kellner war es trotz Anfrage nicht möglich, die Sonnenschirme
zu öffnen. Das war auch bei den Sitzplätzen im Park so.

The ultimate peaceful retreat.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. This hotel is a gem. It's a beautiful building recently restored so the decor and facilities are fresh, high quality and clean. Friendly professional staff welcomed us. The room was elegant and spacious with a super comfortable bed and quality bed linen. The restaurant serves great food, including the delicious breakfast selection.

The spa is almost brand new. The pool is small but leads onto a terrace with comfortable sunbeds.

The hotel is surrounded by nature with well cared for grounds, it's own lake and lovely views.

We only stayed one night en route home, but we'll definitely return for a longer stay.

Cons:

No negatives.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig etwas abseits (aber nicht schwer zu erreichen mit Auto) an Teichen, die man auch umrunden kann (sehr schöne Aussichten). Von den modernen, großen Zimmern im Anbau hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf einen davon, ob von der Terrasse oder durch die Panoramafenster. Es sind ein Sessel und ein Sofa, ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank sowie viele Ablagen und Schrankraum vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet auch etwas Abwechslung von Tag zu Tag. Der Pool ist schön groß, um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen (der Teich ist dazu nicht geeignet). Es gibt noch eine Sauna mit um die 90 Grad und einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum mit Aussicht auf den Teich). Die gebuchte Massage war bestens. Für Events gibt es im Haupthaus (das im Übrigen modern gestaltet ist) einen schönen Barocksaal, ferner eine nette Bibliothek mit reichlich Büchern überwiegend auf Deutsch. Die eine Rezeptionistin sprach deutsch, die andere eher englisch. Es gibt ein Gartenschachspiel, Boule und Dart sind wohl auch möglich. Man kann auch direkt außerhalb der Einfahrt Wanderungen starten.

Cons:

Kleinere Wehrmutstropfen gab es: Vom Anbau zum Spa muss man durch die Essensbereiche (morgens durch den Frühstücksbereich, abends durchs Restaurant. Der Weg zum Massageraum ist nicht ausgeschildert, die Tür nicht eindeutig beschriftet und es gibt keinen Wartebereich. Die Masseurin sprach weder deutsch noch englisch, weiß sich aber mit einer Übersetzungsapp zu helfen (Buchung erfolgt eh über die Rezeption oder vorab per Mail). Beim Frühstück gab es nur an einem Tag (kleine) Croissants. Die Terrasse des Anbaus ist nicht unterteilt, auch aufgrund der leicht gebogenen Bauweise kann man Unterhaltungen hier sehr laut hören, außerdem können besonders taktlose Gäste so an den Fenstern anderer vorbeispazieren. Lüften (ohne Verwendung der Klimatisierung) kann man nur mittels der Terrassentür, die bei Abwesenheit natürlich abgeschlossen werden muss. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas nüchtern gestaltet. Im Ruheraum des Spa war es sehr warm, lüften war nicht möglich. Die Liegen haben keine Beine, man muss also vom Boden aufstehen können. Der Türgriff der Sauna hat Metallteile, die natürlich sehr heiß werden. Parken innerhalb der Mauern kostet ca. einen Euro pro Tag, außerhalb, also ungeschützt, gibt es auch noch ein paar.

Real estate and environment was great

Cons:

Service. Dinner took over one hour although there were only few persons in restaurant. There was also a cat betting food in the restaurant. Sauna was not ready and nobody told that it should be requested in advance. Breakfast was not placed in cold. All items stayed several hours in warm. Finally parking was charged separately without advising in advance. Not 5 star experience!
