Pro prozkoumávání polské strany Krkonoš to byla skvělá základna a určitě hotel doporučujeme.

Jedzenie - smaczne i dobrze podane, bardzo urozmaicony wybór potraw na śniadanie - za wyjątkiem pieczywa (twarde bułki i lekko gumowy chleb) - można by nad tym popracować. Bardzo miły i uczynny personel restauracji. Ciekawe historyczne wnętrza - super biblioteka. Poza tym zadbany teren wokół hotelu.

Personel recepcji - służbowy, niezainteresowany gośćmi, prowadzący często głośne dyskusje, w tym o innych gościach. W pokoju szklane drzwi do łazienki, fatalne miękkie poduszki, stare materace, niesprawna klimatyzacja. Brak gniazdek przy szafkach nocnych i ogólnie zbyt mało gniazdek. Z pewnością nie jest obiekt zasługujący na 5 gwiazdek.

Sehr schönes Schloss mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern.
Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Der Pool war auch super.
Sensationell war der Kellner, der das Essen serviert hat und uns bediente. Was dieser Mann leistet, ist aller Ehren Wert und ich hoffe, er wird dementsprechend bezahlt.
