Pros:

Wir haben ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Dies befindet sich im (alten) Seitenflügel. Dieses hat mit Sicherheit keine 5 Sterne verdient. Im Stil der 70er passt innen eigentlich nichts zueinander. Die Elektrik ist unzweckmäßig verlegt, die Lichtschalter waren teilweise einer größeren Hitze ausgesetzt und verbogen, Türen von Schrank und Badezimmer klemmen und lassen sich nicht schließen.
Es gibt einen hinteren Neubau, welchem die 5 Sterne zugehörig sind.
Gut fanden wir den einfachen Zugang zum Wellness Bereich. Ebenfalls das inkludierte Frühstück (nicht so gut, wie teilweise hier beschrieben).
Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Anneta.

Mimo małych niedociągnięć chętnie wrócę.

Basen, godziny jego otwarcia. Ciekawa historia miejsca - sala kafelkowa.

Cons:

Brak papieru toaletowego w pokoju, oberwane nakrycie łóżka, ciężko umówić było się na obejrzenie sali kafelkowej.

Höchstens 3,5 Sterne
Pros:

Der Poolbereich (angenehme Wassertemperatur) mit angrenzendem Fitness-Studio und Ruheraum war sehr schön. Das Frühstück am Freitag und Samstag sehr gut.

Cons:

Total verschlissene Bademäntel mit Löchern und herunterhängenden Taschen! Geht gar nicht! Lose liegendes Telefonkabel. Der Behälter für die Kosmetiktücher wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Das Frühstück am Sonntag ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Brot war nicht frisch, die Brötchen hart, keine Croissants, wenig Kuchen, die Kaffeetasse wurde nicht so voll wie die Tage zuvor. Die Bedienung zog die ganzen 3 Tage ein fürchterliche mürrisches Gesicht.

5-Sterne, leider schon lange nicht mehr

Das Schlosshotel macht auf den ersten Blick wirklich einen tollen Eindruck!
Das Personal ist nett und meist aufmerksam. Über die Qualität und den Geschmack des Essens gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Es war geschmacklich alles super.
Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet, Auswahl und Qualität super!

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde 2012 eröffnet und seit dem ist da nicht mehr viel passiert.
Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel gab´s einiges zu bemängeln, Unkraut in den Beeten, schmutzige Stuhlbezüge, der Frühstücksraum sehr lieblos eingerichtet und der Ausblick (aus dem Frühstücksraum)in Richtung Schloss ist vermüllt und unaufgeräumt.
Im Zimmer, keine Steckdosen in der Nähe der Betten, Mischbatterie locker, die Duschabtrennung hielt das Wasser nicht wirklich in der Dusche so dass auch das WC nass wurde.
Alles in allem entspricht es nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne Hotels, Schade!

Cons:

die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, z.B. Flur, Treppenhaus, Gläser vom Vorabend stehen auf den Tischen und bei den Liegen im Außenbereich, Fernseher ist sehr klein und der Empfang häufig schlecht, die Klimaanlage macht ständig laute Geräusche (evtl. Pumpgeräusch von der Kondenswasserpumpe), was besonders Nachts sehr stört, beim ansonsten sehr guten Frühstück gibt es kein Lächeln vom Personal, passt alles nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel…
