Great location at the waterfront
Pros:

Great room with fantastic seaview. Very supportive staff. Easy access to the rooms (if you have LUGGAGE as we always do 🤣)… Clean and comfortable hotel.

Pazar lokáció, lenyűgöző kilátással a tóra.
Az éttermi kiszolgálás figyelmes, kedves, az ételek ugyan nem kiemelkedőek, de jók (a környéket tekintve átlagosak).

Cons:

A szobát a leírás szerint 13:00-kor lehetett volna elfoglalni, ehhez képest két órát várakoztattak, ami egy 3 éves kisgyermekkel, több órás út után frusztráló és kiábrándító. A leírásban szereplő díjmentes parkolás elképesztően körülményes. Egyrészt nagyon messze van (kb. 15p gyalogút, fent a dombon), másrészt legfeljebb a hátizsákos turizmus számára értelmezhető. Több csomaggal/taxit kell hívni, ami kb. 25EUR és reggel 9 után szintén nem tud ajtóig vinnni, így a csomagokat min. 2-300 méteren, akár több körben cipelni kell, a hömpölygő tömegen át. Erről egy szó sincs a leírásban, de ami még bántóbb, hogy a személyzet sem segítőkész egy ilyen helyzetben. Megoldási javaslat, ajánlat nincs. A szoba tisztasága erősen kifogásolható, bekészítés (tisztálkodószer, wc papír etc.) szinte zéró.

Comfortable Lakeside Hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was varied. Location was excellent. Bedroom was large.

Cons:

Check in was advertised as being 13:00 but even after we had chased it up it wasn't ready until 15:00

Die Lage, das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Trotz Vorab Kennzeichen gesendet, nicht im System hinterlegt- daher musste ein Ticket gezogen werden. Der Hotelmanager gab einem das Gefühl etwas falsch gemacht zu haben. Bei Ankunft gewartet und nicht geholfen die Koffer in den 1. Stock zu tragen. Der Aufzug (ab dem 1. Stock geht nur wenn man permanent den Knopf drückt. Hätte er mal besser gesagt- eine zuvorkommend Behandlung schaut anders aus. Auf den Bildern wurden Hausschuhe gezeigt- vor Ort gab es diese nicht. Frühstücksrsum war kalt und man musste in ein anderes Gebäude gehen um zum Buffet zu gelangen
