Top personeel met een lach!
Pros:

Geweldig vriendelijk personeel. Een van de personeelsleden een jongeman bood een lunchpakket aan, omdat ik vertelde dat ik heel vroeg zou vertrekken.

Pros:

Kedves személyzet. Elégedett voltam a reggelivel. Jó helyen volt. Kint nagyon meleg volt a szobába nagyon jól működött a légkondicionáló.

Cons:

Részben az elektromos töltőért választottam és túl drága volt a töltés valamint nem fogyasztás alapú volt az elszámolás, hanem fix áras.

Osoblje preljubazno (pogotovo Dama na recepciji :D)
Sobe su ciste i imaju veliki balkon sa lijepim pogledom.

Dorucak top - za svakoga ima po nesto.

Kafic/Restoran u skladu sa Hotelom je isto prelijep - kava odlicna!

Definitivno se ponovo vidimo!

Correct pour une nuit mais pas très confortable du fait des dimensions insuffisantes de la chambre.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien tenu, très propre et le personnel agréable et compétent. Il est facile d’accès avec un stationnement pratique à l’extérieur (pas besoin de prendre une place de garage).

Cons:

Les dimensions de la chambre étaient vraiment insuffisantes : on ne pouvait pas bouger. Pareil pour la salle de bain. Pour passer une nuit, ça peut aller mais au-delà ce n’est pas confortable. L’hôtel n’a pas d’ascenseur et il n’est pas facile de monter et descendre les bagages par l’escalier.

A practical place for an overnight stay near Banja Luka bus station.
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to Banja Luka’s main bus station, which is convenient for regional and intercity travel. However, travellers should know that the airport shuttle connecting Banja Luka Airport with the city centre does not stop at the bus station. The reception staff were very friendly, spoke fluent English, and the hotel’s large café-restaurant was genuinely pleasant.Breakfast was sufficient, but the selection was quite limited. The location is practical for the main bus station, but not for the airport shuttle. Anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport shuttle stop would be better off choosing Hotel Bosna, which is located very near the place where the shuttle stops.

Cons:

Although the hotel presents itself as a four-star property, by Spanish standards it felt closer to a two-star hotel. The rooms are dated, with old carpets that give the room a slightly musty smell, and the air-conditioning unit was very noisy. Everything was clean, but the rooms would benefit greatly from renovation.

Wir kamen für 1 Nacht mit 8 Motorrädern an, und wurden schon mal richtig freundlich und zuvorkommend an der Rezeption von der Dame Neda empfangen, die Bar und das zugleich Restaurant waren schön sauber und gemütlich, Getränke und Essen waren lecker...Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, Frühstück war eigentlich alles da was man braucht, wir würden wieder kommen

Possibilità di parcheggio in strada o in garage (con sovrapprezzo). Aria condizionata frigo in ogni stanza. Personale alla reception estremamente disponibile, parla ottimo inglese. Buffet della colazione molto ricco, vario, sia continentale che “local” e continuamente rifornito. Servizi igienici vicino alla sala colazione pulitissimi!

Cons:

Non c’è ascensore. Ci vogliono ameno 30 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro.
