Good, central to the venues to where I was going and close to public transport
Pros:

Good location to get to a number of venues, within walking distance. Bars and restaurants nearby, with in a short distance from two underground stations didn’t take long to reach kings cross station. Tea, coffee and milk in the room

Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent for a visit to the RHS Chelsea flower show. The rooms were a good size and the tea making facilities were appreciated. There was also 2 fans in the room which were a great help during the heatwave.

Cons:

Personal opinion, the pillows were a bit too solid and the bathroom space was quit small.

Pros:

Hotel simples, mas bem organizado. Limpeza dos quartos todos os dias. Os funcionários prestativos e educados.

Cons:

Os quartos e banheiros são um pouco pequenos, mas estava dentro do esperado pelas pesquisas que fiz antes de reservar.

Great location, lovely staff, rooms quite small
Pros:

The location was perfect, near the city center but far enough away to be quiet. Loads of restaurants and coffee places nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. The people at the hotel were lovely and the hotel is clean and cozy.

Cons:

I shared a room with my sister and niece and we are all plus size. For us, the room was too small. We had too little space for our things and had trouble moving around in the bathroom. Not an issue for everyone, but if you are with more than two people and bigger-than-average, be warned!

L'emplacement, la propreté, chambre double toute petite mais bien équipée, literie confortable

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation, réveillés tous les matins à 6h le week-end par les voisins. Pas de petit salon ou autre où se poser le soir. Pas de service de garde de bagages le jour du départ (je n'avais jamais vu cela)
