Überteuert, aber ok
Pros:

Vollkommen ok zum Übernachten. Netter Gastgeber, saubere, einfache Zimmer, relativ ruhig und sehr gut gelegen

Cons:

Überteuert, aber anscheinend normal für London. Bin gespannt, was man dafür in 5 Jahren bezahlt.

Lovely location but do not stay in summer months.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were there to see Wicked and sightseeing around Westminster. Pimlico station was less than 5 minutes walk and the surrounding streets were pretty.

Cons:

I know that the hotel cannot control the heat, but being on the top floor with no air conditioning meant we had zero sleep. The heat was a danger to life of an elderly person or baby/toddler. I would not be staying there in the summer months. No access to a fridge so the gallons of water we bought were warm. The window also only opened partially so not a lot of air circulating. My husband did need to phone in the middle of the night but no one answered his calls. The reception closes at 10pm but there is a number to call but no one answered. The lady on reception in the morning did not take on board any of our concerns at all.

It sucked
Pros:

Nothing I want my money back I only stayed one day I want credit for 4 days. I had to stay at another hotel at additional cost to me.

La posizione era perfetta e comodissima, il personale cordiale e disponibile, i letti comodi e la stanza anche se piccola completa.

Cons:

Mancava l'aria condizionata che in una stanza così piccola sarebbe servita, la finestra era bloccata e non si apriva abbastanza per far passare il fresco di fuori. Anche la pression3 dell'acqua era un po' passa

Excelente personal, pero tres pisos sin ascensor y demasiada luz al amanecer
Pros:

El personal fue súper amable en todo momento. Su atención fue excelente.

Cons:

Lo peor fue tener que subir tres pisos por escaleras para llegar a la habitación, algo muy incómodo tras pasar todo el día recorriendo la ciudad.
Además, un gran punto en contra es que la habitación no se podía oscurecer, por lo que a las 5 de la mañana ya estábamos completamente despiertos por la claridad.

Nice stay in a nice area, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable, immaculately clean, very friendly welcome. Excellent location very close to underground and bus routes yet on a nice and not too busy street. Really appreciate the check-in and out times that are better than many hotels offer.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was not very positive. The hotel did not have air conditioning, which made the room

The weather was extremely hot during my stay, and unfortunately the hotel did not have air conditioning. The room was equipped with only a small fan, which was insufficient to keep the room comfortable.

The room I stayed in was a family room and it was very hot weather at the time...so between 3 teenagers and fans to keep the room cool there wasn't enough plug outlets.
