Perfect hotel with amazing staff and great location.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel - staff were superb, great location for everything with tourist attractions and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Our room exceeded expectations, it was roomy, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend ti anyone visiting.

Cons:

Nothing all good. Perhaps being able to get a breakfast at the hotel would be good but not a big dealbreaker as lots of places nearby.

Die Lage zur Altstadt

Cons:

Die sehr steile und enge alte Holzstiege zum Hotelzimmer. Fahrstuhl dafür nicht vorhanden. Der Gepäcktransport für ältere oder mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen dorthin eine Zumutung.

Super location to explore this wonderful town
Pros:

Beautiful location and the room we had (402) was in the loft of the building and was really characterful. Fabulous base for exploring the old town with convenient carpark out the back. Nathan who works the night shift at weekends on reception was particularly amazing.

Pros:

Die erste Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich, versuchte auch etwas Deutsch zu sprechen, aber das restliche Personal von der Rezeption war unwillig, man sollte sie möglichst nicht behelligen. Nett war das Frühstückspersonal!
Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, außer die etwas deutsch sprechende Frau!

Perfect verblijf, aanrader.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, vlakbij het centrum, maar toch rustig.
De mensen aan de receptie waren ontzettend vriendelijk.
