Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und man muss eine Uhrzeit angeben, wann man zum Frühstück erscheint. Find ich etwas eigen, denn ich weiss ja nicht wielang ich aus bin und wann ich aufwache.. hab ja schliesslich eine Auszeit

Liebenswertes Hotel in einer fantastischen Stadt
Pros:

Die zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage.
Ein gepflegtes aber "altehrwürdiges" Haus mit Geschichte.
Freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstück nach Art des Landes mit guten Produkten.

Cons:

Eine Bar für ein Abendgetränk unter Gästen wäre schon schön.
Info über Stadtrundfahrten, Schiffrundfahrt auf der Ill und ein Stadtplan gleich auf dem Zimmer wären super.

It’s a bit further away than most of the other hotels but our stay was very comfortable.

Hotel de quiero y no puedo
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado porque si bien está anexo a la petit France, no está en el meollo de la misma, sino al otro lado del río. Está ubicado en dos edificios antiguos, colindantes y comunicados por la recepción.
El personal es excelente, con una gran disposición a resolver cualquier problema que se presente.
Buena limpieza. Desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son minúsculas. La primera que nos dieron, de categoría estándar, no tenía literalmente espacio para dejar las maletas, tampoco armario ni siquiera unas baldas para depositar ropa o el edredón de la cama, que como en otros lugares, con temperaturas en Estrasburgo en torno a los 40 grados, tienen puesto en la cama supongo que evitando tener que encontrarle un sitio. El espacio disponible total no supera los dos metros cuadrados. Además de esto, para entrar en la habitación hay un escalón de bajada de unos 15 cm y al abrir o cerrar la puerta desde dentro, se mete el pie debajo de esta. El acceso al baño ( que es sin duda lo mejor del dormitorio), también es a través de un escalón de subida, que además cuenta con un pequeño resalte en la parte superior, perfecto para llevarte por delante un dedo cuando te levantes de noche.
Las toallas son de baja calidad y en esa habitación no hay minibar, lógicamente porque es difícil ubicarlo.
Tras una queja, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a una habitación ubicada en el.edificio contiguo, sin ascensor, lo que en principio no suponía problema alguno, pero sí la escalera, enpinadisima, forrada de moqueta negra(como el resto de suelos de zonas comunes y habitaciones), con escalones de huella muy pequeña y con un resalte en el que se engancha el pie al subir. Por fin nos colocaron en otra habitación que consideran de mejor categoría (denominan clásica),más grande que la primera al tener un pequeño pasillo de acceso donde se ubica un armario y un mueble con minibar y cafetera, pero en la zona de la cama, a casa lado de esta hay un espacio de unos 30 cm,vamos que alguien con dificultades de movilidad o algo pasado de peso,no puede entrar.
Si consideramos que muchas normas a respetar por edificios públicos son generales para toda la UE, es difícil creer que tanto la escalera como los escalones dentro de una habitación sean adecuados desde el punto de vista legal y, desde luego, desde el de más elemental uso, no no son.
