Island Magic Beach Resort

I had an amazing stay at Island Magic Beach Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Even though there isn't an elevator, they personally brought all of my luggage up to my room, which I really appreciated.

I stayed in the Premium Ocean view suite and it was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One of my favorite parts of staying here was how easy it was to communicate with the staff. I could simply text them if I wanted to order drinks or food from the restaurant/bar, or if I needed extra towels or anything else for my room. They always responded incredibly fast, and everything was taken care of right away. That level of service really stood out to me.

The property itself is beautiful. The pool is great, the location is perfect, family friendly, great for couples, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want for a relaxing stay in Caye Caulker.

I also have to mention the food at the bar and restaurant—it is AMAZING. Everything I had was delicious. In fact, I visited Caye Caulker after my stay and couldn't stay at Island Magic because they were fully booked, but I still came back just to eat there because the food is that good!

Overall, I can't recommend Island Magic Beach Resort enough. Between the incredible staff, excellent service, clean rooms, beautiful property, and amazing food, this is definitely a place I'll keep coming back to whenever I'm in Caye Caulker.

Location to the beach and the pool

My stay at Island Magic Beach Resort on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker was nothing short of extraordinary. It was, without question, the best rest and relaxation I've had in at least five years.

What truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, they made it a point to get to know me personally, remember my preferences, and anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Whether it was making sure I had sunscreen, recommending a great meal, or checking that I was staying hydrated after an active day exploring the island, they genuinely cared about my well-being. I've stayed at many places over the years, but I've rarely experienced this level of attentiveness and hospitality.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the amazing team who made my stay unforgettable: Manager Amy, Sonjia at the front desk, Maribel and Tekla in the bar and restaurant, and Carlos, Cordilia, Victor, and Ari. Every one of them contributed to making my vacation truly special. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care transformed what could have been a great vacation into an unforgettable experience.

By the time I left, I didn't feel like I was checking out of a hotel—I felt like I was saying goodbye to family. If you're looking for a place where you'll not only enjoy a beautiful beachfront location but also experience world-class hospitality from people who sincerely care about their guests, Island Magic Beach Resort is the place to stay.

Our premium ocean view room was so perfect! Incredible view and very comfortable. The housekeeping kept it spotless and replenished coffee, water and towels as needed. The office staff were very pleasant and helped us arrange round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel. We also enjoyed our day we spent at the north side property - loved the turtles and stingray decorations in the pool. The taxi driver they arranged took our bags downstairs and was on time at 6am! We enjoyed the restaurant and bar employees and the pool was refreshing. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I can’t say enough great things about Island Magic. Victor picked us up from the ferry dock and from that point forward it was a perfect stay. The front desk were all very pleasant. Hanging out at the pool/bar and restaurant with Victor, Gord, Marybelle and Arosily was like being with friends I have known forever. Their smiling faces made our stay delightful. Our room was cleaned and organized extremely well every day. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their jobs. Sitting out on the dock sunbathing, sitting in the swings having a drink or having dinner on the rooftop were so relaxing. We can’t wait to return to visit our new friends at Island Magic!

The room and view were just great. but the real standout, was the staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice layout with spacious comfortable rooms, good AC and a beautiful pool/bar area.

We had a great arrival experience but unfortunately a couple things were offputting: Paid bike rentals… our other hotel had free bikes but this big place charges? Lame. Also every employee pushed their other resort, not sure but giving villa sales pitch vibes, came on too strong. Also the bar has a $20 card minimum? Tiny restaurants nearby don’t but this big company does? For my $17 drink when I’m a guest.

Finally, they offered to arrange a ride to the water taxi for us (unprompted) so we arrived at the agreed time and they couldn’t find their driver or handle the fact people were checking in. We had to get a ride from other guests or we would have missed the boat. We were fine to walk but if they offer a service and we delay accordingly, they really should’ve been able to deliver. Instead they were flustered and had no solutions.

Best customer service ever my party of 7 was early they went over and beyond to accommodate us by letting us Waite at the hotel with access to everything until our rooms were ready , they constantly checked on us and made sure everything we needed was given to us , I absolutely loved the welcome and the positive and very friendly attitude of the staff in the reception area I can’t Waite to stay there again beautiful hotel great location close to everything especially the water taxi they even managed to help me get a cart rental for the day thank you so much Alma Dawson

Located on the beachfront in Caye caulker three minutes walk from the water taxi. Rooms were tidy and spacious with a fridge, kitchenette and a table and chairs. Pool area is small but had enough chairs for everyone. Restaurant has a great view of the sea. Staff were helpful.

Exceptional, customer service, very accommodating, and caring. Even New, most of the customers names right on the beach and central location.

Spent 7 nights at Island Magic and everything was first rate. Lorena and the staff were relentless in making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant was very good all the tours and day trips were great, the pool was very nice and the ocean view was amazing!

Emplacement magnifique. Service hors pair. Piscine, bar et installations extérieurs exceptionnels. Calme et très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeux à l’extérieur.
