房間寬敞舒適，潔淨衛生，員工友善，早餐美味。
Pros:

房間寬敞，早餐精緻美味，員工友善服務；我們11點提早到，本想說寄放行李再出去玩，但櫃檯很貼心的讓我們提早入住。另外，有洗脱烘衣機真的很方便。

Cons:

白天去游泳池看水面有點髒，因為是帶小孩子一起，怕出狀況，不敢下水；但其他各方面都很棒，下次還是會想再去住。

Pros:

鄰近MRT的Thailand Culture Center站3號出口，而4號出口過去就是查德夜市。夜市旁有Big C，買水果譬如榴槤、山竹方便。搭MRT到前一站Rama9集合去Kkday的水上市場、美功鐵道，也方便。
有滾筒式洗烘衣機，可每天洗衣服。

Pros:

Excellent hotel, le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Ils sont tous géniaux et très sympathiques.
La chambre (suite) était parfaite , propre, calme, très bien equipée.
Localisation idéale car proche de nombreux centres commerciaux , restaurants divers , marché de nuit et du Mrt !

Cons:

Le seul bémol (leger) est l'accès a l'hôtel par une unique route mais cela contribue au calme de l'endroit !

Gutes Hotel aber nicht Baby-sicher
Pros:

Zimmer sehr groß und schön, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man auch für längere Aufenthalte benötigt. Das Hotel ist nur für Erwachsene und insgesamt sehr modern. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück ist für ein paar Tage sehr gut, bei längeren Aufenthalten könnte jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung geboten werden. Die Lage ist top – die U-Bahn ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und damit kommt man in Bangkok am besten überall hin, vor allem wegen des starken Verkehrs.

Cons:

Da wir mit Baby gereist sind, brauchten wir das Zimmer vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit (15 Uhr) und mussten dafür knapp 40 € extra bezahlen. Das fanden wir ziemlich teuer, vor allem da einige Zimmer bereits frei waren.

Ein sehr negativer Punkt: Falls Sie mit Baby reisen, sollte man wissen, dass das vom Hotel bereitgestellte Babybett sehr alt, aus Holz und teilweise kaputt war. Unser Baby wäre fast herausgefallen, da das Bett relativ hoch ist. Deshalb konnten wir das Bett nicht mehr nutzen. Für Familien mit Baby ist das Hotel daher leider nicht empfehlenswert und aus unserer Sicht sogar gefährlich.
