Pros:

Das Hotel ist vergleichsweise preiswert. Im Hinblick auf die Lage (relativ weit außerhalb) stimmt der Preis und das Hotel ist ok.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht als Ausgangspunkt und Schluss einer einwöchigen Radtour durch die Niederlande. Deshalb haben wir (3 Paare mit drei PKW) vorab im Hotel nach Parkmöglichkeiten für unsere Autos fünf eine Woche gefragt.
Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass im Hotel keine Möglichkeit bestehen und wir wurden auf Parkhäuser in Utrecht verwiesen. Das Parkhaus im Hotel wird von mobypark unabhängig vom Hotel betrieben. Über mobypark konnten wir dagegen 3 Parkplätze am Hotel buchen, zu einem Preis von unter 70 Euro für 8 Tage. Hätten wir die uns vom Hotel genannten Parkhäuser genutzt, hätten die Kosten zwischen 200 und 500 Euro gelegen! Das Vorgehen des Hotels ist eine Frechheit!

Goede ligging, prima kamer. Wel heel koud. ( temperatuur niet te reguleren)

Cons:

Het personeel. Het personeel was vooral met elkaar bezig, totaal niet ( klant)vriendelijk. De ontvangst was verschrikkelijk. We vroegen of we iets eerder konden inchecken ( de gegevens zeggen dat dit kan onder voorbehoud van beschikbare kamers), maar het meisje zei eigenlijk direct: Nee, inchecken is vanaf drie uur. Zonder ook maar te checken of er een kamer beschikbaar was.

De manager en assistent manager leiden het personeel ondertussen af, middenin dat gesprek.

Ik kom veel in hotels maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt.

Matig al met al krappe voldoende, personeel probeert er wel beste van te maken
Pros:

Kamers zijn ruim en schoon, voldoende parkeerplekken beschikbaar (wel duur)

Cons:

Gordijnen sloten niet goed af, waardoor veel lichtinval. Matige douche, te weinig waterdruk waardoor weinig comfort. Temperatuur kamer slecht te regelen. Restaurant was beperkt geopend door ziekte personeel, had ik graag vooraf geweten.
