Perfekter Kurztrip nach Utrecht und Amsterdam
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich.
Gute Lage für einen Kurztrip um schnell nach Amsterdam und Utrecht zu kommen.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage.
Frühstück Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.
Zimmer sehr sauber und auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt, oder alternativ einen kostenfreies Getränk an der Hotelbar.
Auch mit „Lime“-Rädern (standen immer in der Nähe des Hotels) schnell und kostengünstig nach Utrecht.

Ein Hotel, das man sehr empfehlen kann.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksamer Service.
Besonders positiv empfanden wir die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.
Das Frühstück war okay, könnte aber sicherlich noch etwas mehr dem internationalen Gästen angepasst werden.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank geht im Zimmer.

Inkl. morgenmad og nemt med parkering under hotellet. Nemt at komme til centrum med bussen. Der er en drink i baren om aftenen, hvis rengøringen vælges fra.

Cons:

At man ikke kan åbne et 'rigtig' vindue på værelset.

Great Room - Terrible Customer Service
Pros:

Quiet location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It included a kettle with coffee and tea, as well as towels and toiletries. There was always hot water, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

The hotel does not offer free parking. There is on-site parking available, but it costs €20 per night. The bottled water sold at the hotel was extremely overpriced, so I recommend buying water elsewhere.

The worst part of our stay was the check-out experience. Check-out was at 12:00 p.m., and at 12:01 p.m. the staff came to our room and practically threw us out. We have stayed in countless hotels, as we are flight attendants, and we have never experienced such rude and disrespectful treatment.

We were literally forced to leave the room barefoot and had to put on our shoes in the lobby because they rushed us out so abruptly. The staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Because of the way we were treated, we would not recommend this hotel.

Bei dieser Lage sollte der Parkplatz inklusive sein.
