Great location, ok value but just a basic hotel.
Pros:

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The staff was mostly pleasant and helpful but a bit aloof.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic with few options. Both salty and sweet options were available. All drinks had to be ordered through the staff including coffee, juice and milk. The room (Roma) was also very basic with minimal furnishings and toiletries. The furnishings were a bit dated but adequate. The room overlooks the main street so there is muffled noise at night and early mornings (garbage trucks) coming through the windows/shades.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Stanza pulita e colazione abbondante. Eravamo in città per un concorso alle 8 di mattina e per noi hanno aperto il buffet 15 minuti prima dell'orario. Davvero consigliato!

Pros:

La posizione centralissima. Ragazzo che ci ha accolti alla reception molto gentile. Camera e bagno molto grandi, arredati con cura e molto puliti.

Cons:

La colazione! Molto scarsa e con pane e briosches sicuramente del giorno prima. Bevande assenti, solo acqua. Peccato.....la hall dell'albergo è piccolissima ma poi nei piani delle camere tutto cambia....ambienti spaziosi e ben arredati....insomma....niente da dire sulla location, molto bella, ma la colazione da rivedere assolutamente.
