Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Ferrara
Pros:

Struttura molto carina, situata in una posizione centrale a Ferrara. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, facendoti sentire come a casa. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e ci torneremmo volentieri. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel é bom, porém o ar condicionado não funcionou.
Pros:

O hotel é bom, limpo, funcionários prestativos e o café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado não funcionava, e o hotel não possui elevador. Não consegui dormir durante a noite devido à onda de calor que atingia a Europa. Minha amiga, que é mais sensível ao calor, passou mal em razão das temperaturas extremamente elevadas.

Purtroppo abbiamo potuto aprire poco la finestra per la presenza di molti piccioni.

Vi consigliamo inoltre di fare molta attenzione sui mezzi pubblici della città, perché i controllori fanno le multe anche in caso di biglietto obliterato seguendo le indicazioni affisse a bordo.

De locatie. Kamer was ook ok. Personeel was heel vriendelijk

Cons:

airco was óf ijskoud, óf nonexistent, en héél luidruchtig.
Geen lift, wel 4 trappen op.
Sleets. Ontbijt was hm( een zesje).

Dus, voor de prijs was de kwaliteit niet een match, als het de helft van de prijs was geweest was het ok geweest
