I can not overstate how good this hotel was. Easy check in. The cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Unbelievably clean. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was easy to regulate. Great shower. Breakfast was good. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind and helpful. Pool was closed the 2nd day we went down to it, but they had it back running quite quickly that same day. Lots of chairs and comfy seating in the pool area. We even extended our stay an extra day because we enjoyed it so much. Would absolutely stay here next time we are in Winnipeg.

We booked a room for 5 adults and it only had 2 beds. No cots or pullout. I told them we booked for 5 adults and was told "we can book the room for 5 adults but it doesnt mean it can fit 5 adults". When we book and tell them there will be 5 adults, we expect sleeping for 5 adults, even a cot or pullout.
Very clean and clean smelling. Beds were comfy. Breakfast is amazing. Pool is a bit small during the busy season, but its a great place for kids to have fun.

Hmm the squeek noise outside at night
The staff were friendly and courteous, the continental breakfast was good as well and overall the place was clean.
The beds weren't very comfortable and would slide all over the place. The housekeepers never came to the room once to tidy up during our stay. The curtains let a lot of light in, we had to ask for an extra blanket to cover the top so the light wouldn't come in. When we got to our room, the blankets on the bed had stains on them as if they hadn't been washed.
