A lovely stay thank you
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the hot tub much appreciated. Great location right near the park. Beautiful views of the river and outdoor seating area was great.

Cons:

The cooking appliances in the kitchen were a little dated/slow to work.

Beautiful proprty facing Fall River. Love the deck and chairs on our unit that face Fall River.
Pros:

Our cabin was very roomy and comfortable. The bedroom was extra large. Love that. My favorite was opening the living room door to the deck that looks over Fall River. Love all the outdoor seating.

Cons:

The railing going up to our 2nd floor cabin needs to be shaved and smoothed out. I got splinter twice hanging on to it to walk down.

Adequate. Would’ve been great if the jets worked after a day of hiking.
Pros:

There was no breakfast

Cons:

We paid for a ‘spa’ room, but the jetted tub didn’t work, and was difficult to get down into (it was down in the floor) and if two larger people used it they wouldn’t fit. That said, the view was nice.

Gorgeous place close to Rocky Mountain NP entrance
Pros:

Awesome place, very close to the park entrance, quite, comfortable in a beautiful surrounding. The room was big and beautiful with a very nice balcony. The place has a hot tub and bbq grills free to use.

Cons:

Wifi was sometimes choppy. The place administration is only available from 9am to 7pm, and although the check-in/check-out process went smooth for us you need to take into account that there's no 24x7 front-desk available (there's an emergency phone number).

Lovely property and location, perfect for the National Park
Pros:

Excellent location really close to the Rocky Mountain national park entrance. Also a very quiet location with scenery all around. Staff were always helpful

Great place to enjoy Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
Pros:

Apartment was well equipped. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Beautiful location on a rushing creek.

Relaxing, comfortable, rustic accommodations that made our stay in Estes Park enjoyable!
Pros:

Location was spectacular, staff was friendly and very accommodating as they accepted a large package we sent in advance (wedding gift for our son & new wife). The creek just outside our door was beautiful too!

Cons:

that we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect, i would go back!
Pros:

2 miles from entrance to park, the other way 2 miles to safeway for groceries! Loved the patio on river, so peaceful! So much room, kitchen. Cooked steaks and potatoes our last night!

Peaceful retreat by the river
Pros:

Wonderful location, right by the river. Our room was very spacious and quiet, very clean and well supplied. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room with a coffee maker, wine glasses, plates and cups. It was very comfortable, and would work well for a longer stay. There was also a hot tub, a fireplace and a terrace to sit and watch the river. Very responsive and helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again and again!

Cons:

Note that reception closes early, so need to plan for that if flight arrives late. They were great to accommodate us with remote check-in, and also phone support was available.
