Great place to enjoy Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
Pros:

Apartment was well equipped. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Beautiful location on a rushing creek.

Relaxing, comfortable, rustic accommodations that made our stay in Estes Park enjoyable!
Pros:

Location was spectacular, staff was friendly and very accommodating as they accepted a large package we sent in advance (wedding gift for our son & new wife). The creek just outside our door was beautiful too!

Cons:

that we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect, i would go back!
Pros:

2 miles from entrance to park, the other way 2 miles to safeway for groceries! Loved the patio on river, so peaceful! So much room, kitchen. Cooked steaks and potatoes our last night!

Peaceful retreat by the river
Pros:

Wonderful location, right by the river. Our room was very spacious and quiet, very clean and well supplied. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room with a coffee maker, wine glasses, plates and cups. It was very comfortable, and would work well for a longer stay. There was also a hot tub, a fireplace and a terrace to sit and watch the river. Very responsive and helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again and again!

Cons:

Note that reception closes early, so need to plan for that if flight arrives late. They were great to accommodate us with remote check-in, and also phone support was available.

Ein Traum am Fuße der Rocky Mountains...
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage am Ortsrand, mitten in der Natur. Die Wapitis sind wie überall auch im Garten präsent. Tolle friedliche Tiere, die im ganzen Ort unterwegs sind. Das "Zimmer" ist eine Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Terrasse, Whirlpool am Fenster, ein Traum.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts was man hier anführen könnte.

Relaxing by the river
Pros:

Lovely setting by the Fall River, our apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed being able to relax in the provided outdoor furniture and the location so close to RMNP entrance gate. The lady on reception and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Cons:

Being English we can’t survive without a cup of tea and there wasn’t a kettle provided so we had to boil water in a pan. Not a huge issue but not ideal

Paying for the location, not the room.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the location and views provided. The grounds and proximity to the river made for a relaxing weekend. I enjoyed the heated outdoor seating allowing you to take in the nature without freezing.

Cons:

The pillows were insanely flat causing for a very uncomfortable night. Water pressure in the upstairs rooms was abysmal. The jacuzzi tub took so long to fill up by the time you could get in the water is already cold After 30 minutes of trying to fill it we just pulled the "plug" and gave up. One of our tv's did not turn off with the remote provided so we had to unplug it as the side buttons were inoperable due to age. Maintenance came and it was found the other rooms remote controls our tv's power but not the volume. We then had to carry both remotes around to use a tv. It is clear you are not meant to be in your room and instead be outside, which isnt the worst thing, but for that cost it is not worth it.

Exciting trip during spring storm
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally nice and responsive. Our stay was the first week of May and started with spring weather. A surprise snowfall dropped almost 3 feet of snow. Fortunately, the power stayed on throughout and the hotel sent people to plow the parking lot and dig our car out of the snow. It's just a couple miles from RMNP where we got to see all four seasons in 4 days :). Really cool to see the elk, moose, mule deer, etc. both in the meadows and then in the snow. If you don't mind a little hike, there is a paved trail you can walk into town too. The linens were very nice and comfortable and the spa tub worked great.

Cons:

No complaints. The desk is staffed during the day with an on call number at night. We had no issues or reason to call after hours. There are wooden steps and decks outside. They have traction pads and mats, but still be careful in the wet and snow.

A convenient and picturesque place to stay.
Pros:

The door to our apartment was just a few feet from the Fall River. It was really nice to be close enough to hear the water rushing by on the rocks. The view out the windows and front door was great, and a couple of young elk came within a few yards of the place, snacking on the young willows.
