Fabulous rooftop pool
Pros:

Great location easy to get to by train. Rooftop pool amazing very relaxing great views. Food was excellent lots of choice. Very very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and we were well looked after. Room spacious and sunny. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks 👍

Great trip in a VERY hot hotel
Pros:

Lovely room, although dark, and very helpful staff

Cons:

The room and hotel in general were far too hot. And the food wasnt as good as the 1st time we stayed

I loved it all !
Pros:

The roof top pool is beautiful and so lovely for a relaxing dip after a day skiing.
The breakfast is superb, excellent variety of everything you could want.
Location excellent,
Ski room well organised with each room having their own locker.

Cons:

Nothing really, it is a bit spread out, if you are across the road like me it was a journey to the pool and gym. A minor complaint.

Best value in town..Probably the best value in all of Austria..

I highly recommend Hotel Neue Post for a number of reasons. I'm a world traveling ski/lifestyle journalist and your hotel, staff, beautiful spa, indoor and outdoor pools, cuisine and overall comfort ranks as one of the best hotels I've ever enjoyed. Your staff complimented my incredible Austrian experience with spacious, clean, beautiful rooms made from local products. Delicious breakfast buffet with a fantastic variety including an omlette station to chef inspired dinners along with a wonderful salad and soup buffet plus house specialty deserts. To top is all off, your location in the heart of beautiful Mayrhofen was perfect with 10 minute walks or free shuttles to both major lifts in town. The owner Willie Pfister has an incredible and infectious passion for his hotel, his wine collection as a 17 year Somalia along with his rustic and ancient wine cellar with real bricks from many centuries ago.
