Estadia bastante boa e recomendável.
Pros:

Excelente localização, bastante bom para nossa filha brincar e se divertir, totalmente renovado e boas condições.

Cons:

Hotel bastante barulhento, de dia é normal mas durante a noite não, e loiça várias vezes suja o que era um pouco desagradável.

Buon soggiorno a maggio. Prezzo eccellente per il servizio offerto

Hotel di grandi dimensioni con rapporto qualita/prezzo per maggio eccellente. Buono il ristorante trovi sempre cosa sciegliere ma da considerare il fatto che trattandosi di un hotel per famiglie un po' di confusione c'e'. Resta comunque un'esperienza piu' che positiva.

Very good hotel great location, overall good value for money

The staff, the location, the food

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, room cleanliness was not good, we had to request a room change due to excessive noise and realised that rooms don’t have the same basics like sheets and a top sheet, or bathroom lights

Todo del hotel ha estado fantástico , agradezco mucho la comodidad , las habitaciones, el desayuno esta increíble bastante variado!

Nos hemos quedado en las habitaciones 433 y el ascensor de allí está muy deteriorado o falta de mantenimiento, nos hemos quedado encerrados por más de 5 minutos y nadie nunca nos auxilió, hemos pasado unos minutos horribles ya que el ascensor hacía ruidos horribles y daba golpes con bajos como de película de terror , de hecho hemos visto que su último mantenimiento en la pegatina ponía que fue en el 2024 , entonces sacando esta horrible experiencia , todo lo demás está estupendo en el hotel !

La atención del personal era excelente. Las animadoras encantadoras, mis hijas estuvieron muy a gusto con ellas.

Cons:

Entraba mucha luz a la habitación por la noche. Deberían variar con las comidas. Las almohadas eran muy blandas
