The location and the reception staff.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the curtains did not block out the light properly, making it hard to sleep (suite 908).
The reception staff, especially Ms. Amalia, and the hotel in general are good, but all facilities need renovation, especially the swimming pool.
The food prices are expensive, and the building and swimming pool facilities are very old.
Unfortunately, I stayed for three days, but I wasn't happy with my stay during the first two. The hotel was almost empty, and the staff were incredibly rude, exploitative, and annoying—I've never seen anything like it in any other hotel. They called guests as early as 11:30 AM to check out, and because of this, I paid for an extra third day so I wouldn't have to leave at that hour. Check-out time should be after 2 or 3 PM. The hotel is empty, so why bother the guest? What's the point of sending staff to the room to check out or pay when it's still early afternoon?
