Pros:

Very well located in the heart of Alsace wine region, with villages as Colmar, Kaysersberg in easy reach

Cons:

The restaurant was fully booked on two evenings due to a company event. No alternative dining inside the hotel and limited number of restaurant availability in Saint Hippolyte

l'emplacement la vue le fait que l'on puisse profiter de l'espace exterieur

Cons:

le restaurant a été privatisé lors de notre deuxieme nuit pour une soiree anniversaire résultat :musique tres forte jusqu'à minuit et apres les gens ont encore fait le bazar jusqu'à 1h40 sur notre etage allees et venues dans le couloir en parlant et rigolant fort ,nous avons tres peu dormi à cause du bruit ,tres dommage sans ce dérangement nocturne j'aurai dis séjour presque parfait

Nice location looking over the vineyards and surrounding countryside. Large terrace to sit out in the evening and have a drink at the bar. Comfy bed and portable fan in the room for the hot night. Easy customer free parking. Close to other pretty Alsacian villages like Ribeauville. Good breakfast selection ( we chose to have it included in our booking. otherwise, there is a charge). We took advantage and prebooked our complimentary 45 mins of private wellness ahead of time.

Nicht professionell und an der Bar abends gar nicht ambitioniert. Mussten alles selber holen…
Ganz anders im Restaurant zum Nachtessen. Da war alles wunderbar von der Küche bis zum Service, toll
