Good place for a quick stop over.
Pros:

Beautiful location amidst vineyards and close to old town. Good food in restaurant.
Usual boring breakfast buffet. Great view.

Cons:

Sad that it’s all been modernised so the original beauty of the building has been lost internally. Some staff seemed a bit unfriendly.

Pros:

Er werd veel aangeboden, waar ik geen gebruik van heb gemaakt. Ook de ligging is fantastisch. Kasteel Haut-Kœnigsbourg is vanaf hotel zichtbaar en je kun over het hele dal kijken.

Cons:

Geen idee.

Die Lage des Hotels, das Restsaurant ist ideal für einen Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, aber das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und wir mögen nicht so gerne die in Frankreich oft üblichen einteiligen Bettdecken. Ist aber eine "gesuchte" Kritik.

Uitgebreid ontbijt dat zeer goed aangevuld werd door zeer vlijtig personeel. Badkamer voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Er zijn veel parkeerplaatsen, maar weinig gehandicaptenplaatsen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem restaurierten alten Gebäude, mit toller Sicht am Fuße des Chateau

Wunderschöne Lage und Ausblick. Gemütliches Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Frühstück war gut, aber nicht spektakulär.

La vue, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’une belle vue et le petit-déjeuner était agréable. Cependant, notre expérience a été très décevante. Un mariage était organisé ce jour-là et nous avons eu le sentiment d’être complètement oubliés. L’attente à la réception a été particulièrement longue et aucun barman n’était présent au bar.

De plus, le personnel s’est montré peu souriant et peu aimable, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles. La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation et le plancher grinçait fortement.

Au final, cette expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes et ne correspond pas au standing annoncé de l’hôtel.
