Un posto da favola nel centro di Santiago
Pros:

L'hotel è posizionato in una zona davvero bella e praticamente in centro; molte persone vengono proprio a fotografare vie e l'hotel stesso. Camera molto ampia. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Excelente atención,la limpieza impecable, buen flujo de agua en la ducha,cama super cómoda, habitación con calefacción,tranquilo y silencioso,el desayuno bastante completo.

Colazione ottima e posizione centrale. Struttura in stile cileno ben tenuta, silenziosa e staff gentile.

Cons:

Mancanza di info su parcheggi nelle vicinanze, molto costosi . Dovrebbero avere convenzioni per i clienti.

Pros:

Location was central for all I wanted to see and do. Easy walking distance to markets, tourist bus, eating places.
Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were very helpful despite language barrier.

Cons:

Having to be buzzed in and out front door all the time for security. That's Santiago I guess.

Oldfashioned, but not in a cosy sense

The location is good and there is somebody 24/7

Cons:

Pretty old, rooms with windows to the insight, pretty used up and outdated, personnel does not speak any English, problems with the booking and room switch, the breakfast was sad
