Comodo, calido y silencioso.
Pros:

a pesar de estar en una ubicacion muy concurrida, dentro del hotel no se escucha el ruido exterior, esbastante comodo y tranquilo.

Cons:

la cama no comoda, el colchon no estaba parejo y la estructura de la cama muy ruidosa.

Un posto da favola nel centro di Santiago
Pros:

L'hotel è posizionato in una zona davvero bella e praticamente in centro; molte persone vengono proprio a fotografare vie e l'hotel stesso. Camera molto ampia. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Pros:

Location was central for all I wanted to see and do. Easy walking distance to markets, tourist bus, eating places.
Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were very helpful despite language barrier.

Cons:

Having to be buzzed in and out front door all the time for security. That's Santiago I guess.
