Lovely hotel in a charming location. Good service and value for money.
Pros:

This is in a fabulous location in Santiago. The hotel has a lovely old world decor and ambience. The staff were really helpful and friendly; we felt very welcome. Also the breakfast was really comprehensive and the staff asked us how we would like our eggs cooked in the morning unlike another much more expensive place we stayed where the eggs were just shoved in the Baine marie and were always cold. Will always be staying here when I go to Santiago. We remembered the bar from previous years and we wish they would open it again. Good value for money too.

Cons:

It was all good but as above it would be nice if the bar was open.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mehr als zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war einfach, hatte eine Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war für chilenische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Empfang war freundlich und das Personal zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das WLAN war nicht besonders schnell und fiel auch mehrmals aus. Das Hotel liegt genau an einer Ecke von mehreren Restaurants, die zum Abend teilweise bis spät die Musik so laut gemacht haben ( plus die nicht gerade leisen Gäste ) das schlafen mehr als problematisch war. Ich weiss jetzt nicht ob es an ddie Zimmerlage lag, aber dies sollte man wissen.

Vegas à Santiago du Chili !
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le côté vintage de cet hôtel et le grand espace de notre chambre. C'est calme aussi et proche d'un métro. Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et la literie est assez simple..

Banheiro é muito bom

Cons:

Móveis do quarto antigo, não tem elevador, café da manhã básico.
