Mooie locatie en ruime kamer met teleurstellend comfort
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met goede ligging dichtbij centrum. Mooi verbouwd klooster.

Cons:

Ventilatie problematisch. Airco was niet te regelen, blies vol over je gezicht. Uitzetten zorgde voor warm en slecht klimaat omdat ramen niet opengezet konden worden. Veel en vaak wakker geweest. Bij vertrek gemeld en kregen we te horen dat er 1 sleutel per verdieping was waarmee je de ramen kon openen (kantelstand). Dat hadden we graag tevoren geweten en een instelbare airco is bij een dergelijk hotel toch eigenlijk normaal.
Ontbijt wel smakelijk, maar niet bijzonder.

Teleurgesteld in niveau van service
Pros:

We hebben als bruiloftsgasten deze accommodatie geboekt met ongeveer 10 kamers in totaal. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum, er is parkeergelegenheid en het ontbijt is goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Er is een miscommunicatie geweest. Het bruidspaar had aangegeven graag de mooiste kamer te willen boeken (gezien er geen bruidssuite is). Dit zou geregeld worden. Lang verhaal kort: alle gasten die er verbleven hadden prachtige kamers, het bruidspaar lag op een kamer waar geen aparte douche was of plek om je klaar te maken. Uitzicht op een bouwval en de schimmel op de muren. De kamer was echt onverzorgd en we hebben hier niet de fotos kunnen maken van het klaarmaken. Als je de kamers van de gewone gasten ziet, geloof je niet dat ze uberhaupt hier iemand hebben kunnen leggen. De andere kamers waren stuk voor stuk prachtig.

Bij het uitchecken is hierover gesproken waarbij aangegeven werd dat dit niet had moeten gebeuren. Als compensatie kregen ze later een bericht dat ze mochten komen lunchen. Ik vind het zelf erg jammer dat dit de oplossing is die je biedt voor een bruidspaar dat niet 1 maar veel kamers afneemt in jouw hotel. Dat maakt dat ik het hotel niet meer zou aanraden, en ik teleurgesteld ben om te horen dat ze op deze manier zoiets afhandelen.

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Direkt am Marktplatz und doch sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen separaten, abgeschlossenen Bereich für Fahrräder, in den man auch die Räder aufladen kann. Es gab ein sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Räder aus der Garage zu holen, ist beschwerlich, da man nicht durch die Garage fahren kann, sondern den Hotelein-/-ausgang benutzen muss. Und diese Türen öffnen sich nicht automatisch. Man muss sie von Hand öffnen, was sehr umständlich und schwierig ist, wenn man sein Rad noch an der Hand hat und gleichzeitig durchschieben muss. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag - das automatische Öffnen der Türen - haben wir an der Rezeption hinterlassen. Es wäre schön, wenn dieser für alle nachfolgenden Gäste umgesetzt würde.

Prima kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ligging in het centrum van Sittard.

Cons:

Jammer dat ik door een stroomstoring in de lift bleef steken. De mannen van huishouding wisten mij daar na ruim een halfuur uit te bevrijden. Prima werk mannen. Ik was na de warme lift aan een koud biertje toe, maar het beloofde drankje kwam er helaas niet van.
