Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk. De slaapkamer was ruim met hele grote ramen waardoor er veel licht binnen kwam.
Het restaurant George's is heel mooi ingericht.

Cons:

We hebben iets meer betaald voor een premium kamer. Echter is deze gelegen in de trappenhal en naast de lift, wat heel veel lawaai veroorzaakt.
Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, op het moment dat wij toekwamen was er geen plek om te zitten. Daarnaast kon het personeel precies niet volgen om het eten bij te vullen. Er was heel veel leeg, wat wel jammer was.

Parkeren ideaal. Prima communicatie.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, emplacement idéal et chambre agréable
Cons:

Nous n’avons pas particulièrement apprécié les coussins, que nous avons trouvés un peu trop durs et épais, mais cela reste une question de goût personnel.

Nous avions également précisé lors de notre réservation que nous voyagions avec des chiens. Cependant, notre message ayant été traité par une intelligence artificielle, l’information n’avait visiblement pas été transmise à l’accueil. Heureusement, la dame à la réception a été très aimable et a rapidement trouvé une solution pour régler le problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse et sa réactivité ! Un supplément de 25 euros par chien nous a toutefois à prévoir.
