A wonderful short stay
Pros:

Great location for district line to Wimbledon. Welcoming and attentive staff. Lovely Large light bedroom and bathroom. Complementary fruit and chocolates on arrival. Fabulous breakfast.

Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out.

The interior design is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly cozy. Throughout our entire stay, we truly felt at home. The rooms are spacious enough, bright, spotlessly clean, and smelled fresh.

The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes to choose from.

Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent comfortable hotel to relax in and use as a base for visiting London.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, courteous, very helpful and ensured that our stay was as perfect as they could make it. The room was extremely comfortable, always plenty of fresh bottles of water, great toiletries and lots of fluffy towels. Plenty of other rooms to relax in, also comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and they have a super selection of teas. Good location for access to Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and the large museums.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that could have improved our stay.

A comfortable and friendly hotel, it is a boutique hotel so the costs are more than usual but luxury
Pros:

everything, luxurious rooms and building. Staff very attentive without 'overreach' - so comfortable. Breakfast choice and the food excelelnt.

Cons:

On line check in for UK citizens not good as it wanted Passport details! Just take that out for UK citizens.

Great location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious room with high ceilings, large bathroom with a separate shower, and good security with controlled 24/7 access. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. Some towels had stains, and I noticed cleanliness issues with the toilet seat, carpets, and curtains. Soundproofing was average, as I could sometimes hear conversations from the lobby and passing trains. I was also surprised by a £180 service charge added at check-out after a 10-night stay, which I did not feel was justified given the room rate and standard level of service provided.
