Staff were incredible, they were accommodating and on top of it. I loved that it felt very secure and safe for my solo travels! Welcomed me with tea after traveling!
I am a light sleeper, I wasn’t used to hearing the train beneath me but aside from that everything was great!
We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The entire team was incredibly warm and hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to London. Special thanks to all the staff for their great service!
The property is not maintained. The carpets were badly stained. The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. I could go on, but just do not trust the on line presentation.

Это уже много лет мой любимый отель в Лондоне. Невероятные номера, шикарный завтрак, очень красивые общие зоны, шикарная локация. Отель роскошный и действительно 5 звезд! Я очень много езжу, в среднем провожу 200 ночей в год в отелях, но с этим отелем не сравнится никто!!! Персонал просто волшебники, душевные, ОЧЕНЬ профессиональные, все помогут. Всегда здесь наслаждаюсь и отдыхаю душой! Рекомендую очень!
