Bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização muito boa. A cama é confortável, tem ventilador, pia e frigobar no quarto, o que ajudam a melhorar a estadia. O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo.

Cons:

No verão é muito quente, mas é assim em toda Paris. A porta do Frigobar não fechava direito.

Struttura economica non deve per forza corrispondere a fatiscente...
I bagni in comune si trovavano ad un piano differente rispetto a quello della camera ed erano quindi in comune con più piani.
Gli asciugamani non sono in dotazione.

Cons:

Cuarto de baño compartido sucio y roto, el WC estaba averiado y el suelo estaba encharcado de agua, ducha en mal estado. Habitación muy básica sin AC y bastante sucia. No se lo recomendaría a una mujer que viaje sola ya que la mayoría de huéspedes eran hombres. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

Great value for money.
Pros:

This is my second time staying here and I know what I pay for. Location is amazing, 2 and 5 min walk from major subway lines. Many shops, restaurants and bakeries near by. For that price, it is great. Personally, I spend all day exploring and I just need a bed and a shower at night so this accommodation is perfect for that. The staff was always helpful and pleasant. I was a single female traveler and felt safe and comfortable in the hotel and neighborhood.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were inconsiderate when it came to talking on the phone late at night, but this is not the hotel`s fault. No AC, but I am used to that in France, so no big deal for me, it could be a deal breaker for others. They did give me a fan, which was nice.

Porte d'entré vitrée de l'hôtel en verre, cassée - Télé en panne ( sympa au moment de la coupe du monde ) - serviettes non fournies - fuite d'eau au robinet ( flaques sur le sol ) - accueil commun composé de canapés usés et très vieux - Prix injustifié - Les photos sur booking datent d'un autre siècle - en résumé tout est très vétuste
