Очень позитивный и улыбчивый персонал 🤗
Pros:

Девочки администраторы просто волшебные ! Отель очень классный , будто с эпохи 18-19 века . Все очень понравилось , на высшем уровне, будем возвращаться и не один раз !!

Готель весь дуже «втомлений» окрім зручного розташування нічого позитивного не було.

Зручне розташування

Cons:

Не працював кондиціонер, холодильник не працював, води не було ні в номері ні в готелі взагалі) міні бар відсутній). Потрапили як раз під масований обстріл, а в готелі ні укриття, ні підвального приміщення - відправили до метро, а до нього швидким кроком 20 хвилин.

Ціна не відповідає якості послуг.
Pros:

Гарне розташування. Великий номер. Колись це був гарний готель, гарна сантехніка, гарний проєкт ремонту, але він не підтримується належним чином.

Cons:

Змішувач в біде не працює, стік в ванній працює погано. Заявленої кава машини немає. Покриття на підлозі не вичищене.

Все сподобалося.

Cons:

В номері відсутні чашки для чаю, в також чай, кава, вода. Відсутність сніданків- це не дуже зручно у відрядженні.

Приветливый админ. Расположение удобное.

Cons:

Все очень старое, номер без кондиционера, ванна с плесенью, ковролин в пятнах, нет москитных сеток на окнах, плохая, самая дешевая косметика в ванной, прокуренный тюль.
