Royal Grand Hotel is one of the best places in Kyiv.
Pros:

Royal Grand Hotel is a very cozy and stylish hotel in Kyiv at a convenient 20 minutes walking distance from the train / bus stations. The rooms are beautiful and if you book one with a balcony, you'll enjoy the view of the street with cafés and historical buildings.

Cons:

This time at Royal Grand Hotel, there were some minor issues with the bathroom. The shower head had to be held by hand and the toilet seat kept falling down. Apart from those things, the hotel is an excellent choice for visitors of the always great Kyiv.

Все,забронював найдорожчий номер у цьому готелі (президентський люкс),а він виявився просто жахливим,починаючи від брудних килимів і закінчуючи зламаним ліжком і це ще далеко не все

При потребі залюбки зупинись в цьому готелі .
Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал. Пан Богдан на рецепції очікував наш пізній приїзд, допоміг з валізами , а пані Софіє любʼязно продовжила перебування до 8 вечора . Вразила чистота рушників і постільної білизни , а ще був прекрасний бонус у вигляді балкона з видом на центр міста .

Cons:

Єдине не сподобалось коли рашисти пускали балістику , але з готелем це мало пов’язано

Pros:

Royal Grand Hotel is a wonderful and stylish hotel in the heart of Kyiv. You'll have easy access to many other places of interest and it is easy to get around on foot, or get on the nearby metro for longer distances. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Royal Grand Hotel is a recommendation!

Cons:

Upon check out, the young lady at the reception desk didn't speak English. This was a minor hiccup and didn't affect my stay at Royal Grand Hotel in any negative way.
