Unprofessional and Intrusive Customer Service
Pros:

I contacted the hotel to inquire about hosting a Shabbat Bar Mitzvah and requested a price quote for approximately 10–12 rooms. I was informed that the hotel only accommodates such events when at least 15 rooms are booked. I explained that our family would require only 10–12 rooms and that we would not need a private room for prayers.

Instead of simply providing a quote or explaining the hotel's policy, the sales representative, Maura, asked where my son would be praying on Shabbat. I found this question inappropriate, intrusive, and completely unrelated to my request. I politely responded that this was a private matter and reiterated that I was only interested in receiving pricing information.

After that exchange, all communication ceased. I never received a quote, a follow-up email, or even a courtesy response. As a prospective customer looking to book multiple rooms for a family celebration, I found this level of service unacceptable.

What should have been a straightforward inquiry turned into an unpleasant experience characterized by intrusive questioning and a complete lack of professionalism. The fact that the hotel simply stopped responding after my reply speaks volumes about how they treat potential guests.

Jerusalem offers many excellent hotels that value their customers and understand the importance of respectful communication. Based on my experience, I would not consider booking this hotel and would strongly encourage others to explore alternative venues.

Cons:

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de lit double dans l'établissement, mais seulement 2 lits séparés. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus, malgré notre demande à ce sujet. Mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir la chambre nettoyée à une heure tardive car il fallait actionner un bouton, l'hôtel s'est proposé de la faire mais nous avons renoncé vu l'heure avancée.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean, and modern
Pros:

Hotel Yehuda is a beautiful modern facility, impeccably clean and with friendly, professional staff. Everyone speaks good English. The rooms have amazing views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet (included in room price) is sumptuous. The environment is peaceful and beautiful. There is a nice little gym and a gorgeous pool. The location is good too -- away from the bustle of central Jerusalem but only a short busride away from everything.

Such an memorable experience!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were so attentive; everyone was professional from the front desk to the room service to the restaurant. The hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was an added treat and reasonably priced. The food for all the meals was delicious. And the hotel is conveniently located in the city, with easy access to major roads.

הארוחה עצמה בסדר גמור. מבחר עשיר ביותר וטעים מאוד. בשעת הלחץ - חסר/ה עובד/ת נוסף/ת להכנת החביתות המוזמנות כדי לקצר את זמן ההמתנה (אנחנו ויתרנו ללא בעיה כי גם החביתה המוכנה הייתה מספקת לגמרי). ליד אחד משולחנות החימום יש מכשול (הכיסוי הבטיחותי של הכבל החשמלי מתקיל ללא שום אזהרה, במיוחד כאשר מרוכזים בצלחת שמחזיקים ביד). רצוי שתהיינה מפות גם לשולחנות הקטנים (לפחות 1 מהם אינו יציב). מי שמגיע מן האגף המרוחק, צריך לצאת מן המבנה כדי להגיע אל הכניסה לחדר האוכל (הפעם הבעיה הייתה שמש וחום אך מה עושים בימי החורף?) ייתכן ששילוט והכוונה מתאימים יכולים לתת פיתרון מעשי לבעיה. חושב שבחדר אוכל של מלון מכובד ומכבד כמו "יהודה", השתייה החמה במזיגה העצמית לא אמורה להיות מוגבלת ומאולצת לשימוש בכוסות ח"פ. (גם בגלל איכות הסביבה, אך גם בגלל ההרגשה).

לגבי האירוח ב"מסעדונת" של ארוחת הערב. בגלל הריחוק ממרכז העיר (בעינינו יתרון של מיקום המלון), זה אמור לשמש כ"ברירת מחדל", במובן החיובי של הביטוי", אבל אז צריך עוד עובד במקום מה גם שצריך להביא את הכיבוד המוצע (המספק, הנעים והאדיב ביותר ומאוד, מבחינתנו),
ממקום אחר במלון.
בעיית החנייה בוודאי מוכרת לכם. אנחנו הסתדרנו היטב גם כשלא היה מקום במרחב החצר ובקירבה הצמודה אליו, אך ברור לי שמוכרחים את עזרת העירייה בפיתרון סביר ונוח יותר. בכל אופן האפשרויות והנגישות של הרחבה העליונה ושל זו התחתונה, לצורך פריקה וטעינה של הציוד של האורחים אל הקבלה וממנה ואל הקומות העליונות ומהן, הן נוחות ומסייעות מאוד למתארחים המגיעים והעוזבים.
