So bad I refused to stay after seeing the room.
Cons:

The property was filthy, it had a really bad mould problem and it smelled damp and generally unhealthy.
The bed linen was dirty, the bed head had mould growing on it, there were gnats flying around the room, there was dust and dirt everywhere.
I refused to stay there and the property management refused to give me a refund despite seeing the photos I took of the room.
They called me a while after I left to offer me another room but it was too late and I had made other arrangements by then. I wouldn’t have stayed in any of the rooms even if it was free.
I’m very dissatisfied that they would not give me a refund, it’s totally wrong to essentially steal peoples money like that.

Pros:

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff, small kitchen and laundry downstairs.

Cons:

There isn't a lift to get to the top floor, so if you can't use stairs you will have to notify them when booking to ensure your room is ground level.

Room upstairs above the room were extremely loud and noisy, not allowing a decent rest prior to hospital admission.
