Very noisey
Pros:

Clean rooms and lovely staff, but don't count on sleeping. The keycode entry system is a nightmare—guests were constantly locked out all night trying to get into their rooms. Even when code entry went smoothly, you hear every single person coming and going right through the night. I left soooo tired.

Cons:

Between the constant traffic noise from Avoca Street and the endless beeping of the keyless entry as guests came and went, I barely slept a wink. On top of the noise, the room was freezing cold.

Fresh, clean, central at a great price.
Pros:

Central, so clean & lovely. Didn’t see staff only because I came after hours.

Cons:

Nothing! Only thing is to sign post the entrance so it’s clearer but otherwise it’s so lovely, clean & comfortable.

The proximity to Prince of Wales Hospital. I vertually only had to cross the street and I was in the grounds of the hospital.

Cons:

There is limited parking, so if you need parking make sure you prebook.
