Pros:

Really good value, comfortable bed, good shower, decent size and quieter than I expected. I´d recommend it.

Cons:

There wasn´t a doona on the bed, only blankets. I thought I´d be cold in mid winter but with the reverse cycle I wasn´t at all.

Helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were great and very attentive. Tried their best to cater to our needs and very helpful

Cons:

Requested our single bed be changed with fresh sheets due to my kiddo having an accident and told we would be charged extra to have it done (I assume a policy of the place, not staff fault). We were given fresh sheets just a struggle to make as I’d just had surgery. Also no parking. Had to walk from nearby parking again after surgery which wasn’t ideal

Overall we enjoyed our stay . Was quiet and convenient .
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Was great we could help ourselves to more supplies if needed . Liked just having codes to get into rooms . No need to carry keys or keycards ..

Cons:

Pillows to sleep on were a little flat and probably could do with some new ones . A fly screen in window would be great as we liked keeping the window open for fresh air . Would be nice if bathroom window could open… also window coverings in bathroom would be nice for more privacy that just the frosted glass for night time use …

Pros:

Easy to get in and out. Room suited my needs for a short stay.

Cons:

Reception is only open for a short time. Can hear other people moving loudly around in hallways and upstairs.

Affordable, comfortable, well located accommodation
Pros:

Great location for my purposes; Aerobics comp at UNSW, near great cafe and pub for dinner. Bathroom products were good

Cons:

I didn’t not like it, it was just noticeable. The bathroom was tiny, but probably unavoidable.

Perfect, clean, tidy, great location, nice furniture & decor, very comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect for accessing the hospital, directly across the street, a short walk to shops, bakeries, hotels, public transport and of course down the hill to Coogee Beach.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, the room & space was perfect for what I needed.
