- very cramped bathroom, no place to hang damp towels

Nice bed, disgusting bathroom and poor cleanliness

The bed was comfortable and soft. The reception attendant was friendly. Location to light rail was good

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy - there was a lot of mould throughout that could have been easily wiped clean and plenty that looks like it has not been cleaned ever - very filthy . I notified the business multiple times about the situation - they advised it would be cleaned but it still wasn't. They did not offer to rectify or clean the room and management have not contacted me as they said they would

Perfect stay for a budget work trip. Location brilliant. Staff super friendly.
Pros:

This was perfect for a short work trip to UNSW. Easy light rail from Central Railway Station. It was great value sionce I was on a limited budget. I'd go there again. I usually stay at much more expensive accomodation but budgets have shrunk. Very practical choice. Bed very comfy. Room very clean. Great shower and lots of hot water. Small balcony and table and chairs nice for fresh air dining.

Cons:

The bathreoom is small and had a folding door, Door had to be closed to use toliet -- but this was not really a big issue.

Excellent location and comfy bed!
Pros:

The location was great, the bed was really comfy. Staff super friendly and helpful. Had extra amenities available (laundry, extra shower caps, towels etc)

Cons:

Only downside is that I got a room facing the main road and trucks and cars were quite loud in the morning and during the night which not the blenheims fault but some thicker windows would have been good T.T

Balcony was great I can get fresh air and it was so close to the hospital

Its not very lit up as you come in from the street it is quite scary for a single female at night

Good location
Pros:

The location. Very well situated to go to Coggee Beach or to go to Circular Quay. Very convenient.

Cons:

My room was next to the kitchen so i had all the noise from people who were loud and oblivious of other people around. Same with the people next door who must have been deaf considering the level of the TV. Generally the room is very far from sound proof.

Pros:

The location was great for everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff on were very lovely.

Cons:

Very close to tram line which was don’t get me wrong a positive but it was still quite noisy till about 11 at night and then by 6am it started again.
This was the only down fall but wasn’t really noted in any feedback left from other travellers.
Room isn’t very big for 2 people but we made sure we used the balcony which was great.
Hope this helps other travellers.
