Pros:

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen eher klein, aber sauber und ordentlich.
Die Altstadt von Palma ist leicht zu fuß erreichbar - für Fahrten an den Strand stehen jederzeit Taxis bereit.
Da Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was small, but it was okay for us. The complimentary water in a room when checking in was a nice touch after a flight. The air conditioning worked well. Daily room cleaning was also lovely! We enjoyed the pool and staff were friendly.
Location is also good, 5min walk from a grocery store to stock up on water and snacks. Good restaurants around, bus stop, walk to the centre.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was a bit expensive but we booked only 1 week before, would come back!

A clean and comfortable oasis for a really hot 24 hours in the city.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and modern with more space than I expected in a city location. Bathrooms were lovely -- large, good water pressure. Lovely pool area and delicious breakfast spread.

Cons:

No conditioner in the showers and I suspect the 'shampoo' was just the shower gel poured into the shampoo dispenser. Such a small thing though considering how lovely everything else was.
