Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Great breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely clean room, comfortable beds. Nice to have waters in the fridge. Breakfast was very nice and lots of choice.
Swimming pool area nice but the hot tub was not very hot.

Cons:

The room could be quite noisy when people shouting outside. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning so the room got quite hot at night.

If you want to be in the City of Palma this is a convenient Hotel to stay at.
Pros:

Having stayed at Costa Azul previously we knew what to expect. The premium room was perfect located on 6th floor and very clean, the staff kept the room very clean and fresh.

Cons:

Nothing, however there is some road noise but this cannot be avoided and did not effect our sleep.

Con un precio más atractivo, sería mi hotel “de cabecera” en Palma
Pros:

Personal de servicio, instalaciones y situaciones

Cons:

El precio con el impuesto turístico es muy alto. No olvidemos que mi habitación no daba al mar, y no tenía con baño más de 18 m2
