Lovely clean comfortable beds,soft clean quality towels. Daily room service if you wanted it.
Pros:

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I ordered room service twice and the food was tasty, nice portions and variety.

Cons:

I requested a toasted tuna sandwich from the menu but was told that they do not have tuna toasted sandwiches available. I asked for my phone to be replaced as it was not working. I had to ask also the next day, then it was replaced.

Mémorable
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel durant mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, la chambre était comme sur les photos tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

Cons:

La connexion internet n’était pas très fiable , et la piscine froide

Great Budget Option
Pros:

Great value, solid hotel with lovely staff, huge lobby, decent rooms with all the amenities. A little far from e.g. BTS or MRT, with only buses (notoriously unreliable anywhere in the world), however only 2km to either Sarasak BTS and, in the opposite direction, Terminal 21 (Rama III). There's a 7-Eleven right across the road and a couple more in walking distance, a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Next time I will book directly, rather than via third-party, for the best value.

Over so we loved it. Would stay again.
Pros:

Food was available late, the bar drinks tasted a bit water down, but there is a convenient store in the hotel like a 7-Eleven where you can actually buy liquor and snacks and food.
Breakfast was amazing here!
Very GRAB accessible. About 25 minutes from the red light District and soi cowboy.

Cons:

Long elevator wait times in main lobby. Frequent service disruptions.
