Over so we loved it. Would stay again.
Pros:

Food was available late, the bar drinks tasted a bit water down, but there is a convenient store in the hotel like a 7-Eleven where you can actually buy liquor and snacks and food.
Breakfast was amazing here!
Very GRAB accessible. About 25 minutes from the red light District and soi cowboy.

Cons:

Long elevator wait times in main lobby. Frequent service disruptions.

It was okay
Pros:

Close to iconsiam and 7 eleven just infront of the hotel

Cons:

One of the staff were not being helpful. I need to change coins to use their laundry ( where it state there if you needs coins go to reception ) and when i went to change he said he doesn’t have coins. And i remember the maintenance guy were helping me earlier have coins and i asked the receptionist to called the maintenance so i can change coins with him.the receptionist was not being helpful and keep telling me its not maintenance job to give me coins. The receptionist didnt understand the real conversation and it was his fault i dont have the coins for my laundry. HOW ARE YOU PUT ON THE LAUNDRY DOOR SAYING IF YOU NEED COINS GO TO RECEPTION,and WHEN YOU GO TO RECEPTION THEY HAVE NONE. they need to be more prepared. And the useless receptionist was the japanese guy. He needs more training.

Cons:

This is 2*, not a 5* hotel. I was in a supposed Deluxe Suit. I have no idea what constitutes those stars, but it has zero to do with luxury
