Pokoje są wyciszone, bardzo dokładnie posprzątane, zadbane miejsce

Cons:

Niestety obsługa która była na recepcji gdy przyjechałam była bardzo niemiła. Nie tylko wobec mnie, ale również zagranicznych gości przede mną. Zasugerowano mi, że nie mogłam wjechać do garażu podziemnego, że to z pewnością nie ten garaż (a jednak). Dano mi kartkę bym się nie pomyliła gdzie zaparkować, po czym Pani kilku krotnie pomyliła nr miejsca parkingowego i pokoju. Wszystko w akompaniamencie westchnień i niezadowolenia. Ostatecznie gdy zapytałam w jaką w którą stronę mam się udać do pokoju, uzyskałam machnięcie ręką i krótkie "tam". Goście przede mną mieli problem by zrozumieć formułki wypowiedziane w języku angielskim. Panie z recepcji (obie) powtarzały je kilkukrotnie jedynie z rosnacą irytacją. Myślę, że użycie konstrukcji z poziomu A2 szybko i bez niezrecznosci załatwiłoby sprawę. Fajnie byłoby przeszkolić personel na taką okoliczność.

Pros:

Personel był bardzo pomocny, uprzejmy. W hotelu ogólnie było cicho i schludnie. Na plus czysta mikrofalówka, duża łazienka, okna dobrze izolujące hałas z ulicy. Smaczne śniadanie ze standardowym wyborem wege opcji, blisko żabka i piekarnia. Fajne, zaciemniające zasłony. Jak dla mnie opcja dobra na weekend, dla osoby której nie zależy na noclegu w centrum, lub dla osoby w delegacji ze służbowym autem (jest opcja parkingu dla gości hotelowych)

Cons:

Brak kubła w pokoju, jedynie mały śmietniczek w łazience (nie ma to kompletnie sensu szczególnie w apartamencie z aneksem kuchennym). Łazienka wymaga już co najmniej odświeżenia. Było w niej dużo (za dużo) szafek, za to kabina prysznicowa narożna i mała, silikon już do wymiany, armatura też już trochę zużyta. Spokojnie łazienkę można by przearanżować i zamienić kabinę na prysznic walk in. Niedobra kawa na śniadaniu (czarna, choć nawet cappuccino nie do wypicia). Balkon nie pełni w zasadzie żadnej funkcji - nie można na niego wynosić krzeseł, a widok jest na blok naprzeciwko i wjazd do parkingu podziemnego (w przypadku mojego pokoju)

Doskonałe miejsce, blisko do drogi prowadzącej do autostrady. Możliwość dojazdu do centrum tramwajem (ok.,20 minut). Znakomite śniadanie z dużym wyborem potraw. W tym samym obiekcie możliwość zrobienia podstawowych zakupów. Pokój czysty z możliwością przygotowania podstawowego posiłku.
