Die Nähe von Park Sanssouci und die freundliche Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft.

Ein schönes Hotel, schöner Sauna Bereich aber der Herr am Check in könnte etwas Motivation gebrauchen.

Lage, Frühstück , Zimmer, Sauna , Komfort

Cons:

Personal am 2 Tag zum Check in.
Waren 10 min. Vor 15 Uhr da und sollten uns doch noch 10 Minuten gedulden da die Zimmer nicht frei wären.
Die putzkraft saß im Restaurant und machte Pause und der junge Mann vom Check in stand draußen und rauchte.
Wir bekamen nur eine Schlüsselkarte für 2 Personen.(nicht dramatisch aber untypisch)
Über Sauna oder Frühstückszeiten wurden wir von ihm nicht informiert.

Bei 4 Übernachtungen war kein einziges Mal ein Zimmermädchen da, um das Zimmer zu reinigen.

Pros:

Ein schnuckeliges Hotel mit gemütlichen Zimmern und guter Ausstattung.
Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man hervorragend in 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Potsdam.

Sehr freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, großes Badezimmer.
Beim Frühstück war alles ausreichend vorhanden.
Es gab im Eingangsbereich einen großen Getränke- und Snackautomat.
Lage absolut traumhaft - sehr ländlich und ruhig. In der Nähe zum Neuen Palais und zum Bahnhof.
Verschieden Busse auch gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Mir fehlten ein Wasserkocher bzw. Tee- oder Kaffeestation.
Die Bettdecke war für die kühlen Temperaturen etwas dünn und die Heizung ließ sich nicht einschalten.
Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.
Der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein.
