Amazing place
Pros:

Rooms were so cute, bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was close by. Price was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The room and hotel is really clean, we arrived earlier, and we were allowed to leave our bags. that was great! And I also enjoy tha the sink was right in the room!

The only problem is hot water in the shower, it's really limited amount of how water, and it's really cold there

Felt unclean, kids running up and down stairs and hallways all hours of nights and morning early playing games.
Our room was at the front with the balcony felt like weren’t sound proof at all could hear everything at night so clearly as well as kids running around walls felt paper thin

Good beautiful location!
Pros:

Staffs help, i left my chargers and they post it to me who lived in different states! Nothing were missing!

Dark room at night ensured good sleeps.
Staff were amazingly professional , friendly, and helpful ...credit to the organisation.. TKU.
Great location and excellent coffee next door.

Cons:

My particular room temp was hot over night ...needed to use air con to cool it down.
Foolishly locked myself out ... Instructions were not simple but outcome easy.
Shower temp on lower level was tepid... Not hot enough.
In room, kettle located under clothing rack ... Not practical for usage but wall shelf was loose and unsafe to use for kettle.
