Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

Excelente opção no Douro para descansar
Pros:

Comodidades, comida do restaurante e pequeno almoço, spa e piscinas, poder alimentar os animais da quinta, e a limpeza de forma geral. O facto de ter ido em época baixa e não estar muito cheio, deu para descansar, que era o objetivo.

Relaxing getaway with a phenomenal view
Pros:

The view was amazing! Comfortable beds. The spa area was relaxing and the staff there were welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. The outdoor pool area looked really good. We walked around the hotel grounds and it was beautiful. We felt recharged after our stay and left feeling happy

Cons:

The room needs some fixes, the carpet was loose and bulging. Dinner felt rushed and could be more romantic and cosy if the lights weren’t at maximum brightness. We were sad to not be able to use the outdoor pool since its closed during the winter even though we were there in early October and the weather was really nice and warm

Breathtaking view, especially at early morning. Calm and peaceful place to relax. Warm inside pool and an amazing tiny spaces for rest around all territory.

Cons:

O colchão e almofadas desconfortáveis. Nota-se necessidade de manutenção tanto interior como exterior. Piscina agradável em espaço mas dimensões muito desadequadas.

Great time at this facility, definitely recommend if you want some peaceful time away, pool, walk

Location, view, facilities, staff very attentive. A very good place to have a peaceful and calm stay

Great room, spacious with a view. Bed was large and great, however mattress was worn down not that comfortable anymore
