Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.
Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.
Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.
Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.
Please note that half board option does not include drinks.
Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Espaço agradável tanto exterior como anterior
Esperavamos mais qualidade no pequeno almoço nomeadamente na confeção da comida quente como os ovos entre outros
A gestao de funcionarios entre o bar interior e o restaurante também é um aspeto negativo a apontar, devido a demora do atendimento no bar
O jacuzzi no quarto e a simpatia de todos os intervenientes.

Everything was spot on from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I asked them to assist with preparing a surprise for my family, and they went above and beyond anything I had requested, making it truly special.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are absolutely stunning and were a real highlight of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

O Hotel é maravilhoso, super limpo, o staff 5 estrelas, as piscinas super clean, o pequeno almoço maravilhoso, o quarto super espaço com maquina de cafe e chaleira, com frigobar cheio. Muito agradável e super sossegado. Sem duvida a repetir.
