Important information:

Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

Super séjour.
Pros:

Un bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue.
Personnel vraiment bien attentionné.

Cons:

Hôtel très isolé . ..Village et resto sont situés très loin. Il faut emprunter une route très sinueuse pour y accéder.

Bom para relaxar, mau para quem deseja desfrutar de piscinas.

Quarto bastante espaçoso, boa vista e calmo.

Cons:

-Porta da casa de banho não fechava bem, estava desnivelada e inchada sendo preciso fazer bastante força para fechar.quarto 219
- piscina do spa muito pequena e muito baixa, cerca de 1,30 de altura apenas e a pequena cascata/ jato de água que tinha não estava a funcionar.
- piscina exterior, nao experimentei mas era um pouco pequena para um hotel deste valor e patamar.
-pequeno almoço com pouca oferta comparando com hotéis para o mesmo valor mas ainda assim suficiente.

Pros:

Adoramos a experiência! Vista fantástica, instalações excelentes. Muito por onde passear na propriedade na horta do chef , na casa dos animais onde pudemos dar-lhes comer. Spa elmuito bom, funcionários simpáticos e profissionais. Jantar no hotel com bebida m menu, pequeno almoço variado e lanche junto à piscina com uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Voltaremos a repetir e recomendamos. 5 estrelas.

Cons:

O único ponto menos positivo é foi transmitido na receção, e a luz no quarto ligo que amanhece. Sugerimos que colocassem em kit de oferta uma venda para melhor descanso.

Great and beautiful experience
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, comfy room, good staff, many activities to do and things to see. There’s no need to leave the hotel to find something interesting to do.

Cons:

The road to get there is a bit difficult, winding and seemingly dangerous. Breakfast could have more options, specially for people who can’t eat too much sweet.
