I recommend the hotel’s service and accommodation, especially Rose was very good and helpful, indicated places to visit and her recommendations were very important

Pros:

Nice room, and in the middle of the old part of Hanoi, you can hear the horking, but it isn't that bad, or else the hotel is sweet to have earplugs in the room, but I didnt need them, and I had a room out to the street.

Pros:

Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.Помогли организовать экскурсии и вызывали такси.
Отвечали по Вацап на все вопросы.

Cons:

Бронировали несколько дней в этом отеле.Первый день нас поселили совсем в крохотный номер .Потом,за дополнительную плату,переселили в более просторный номер.

Lovely Place with Wonderful and Helpful Staff.
Pros:

The staff, especially Rose and Pencil, were super helpful. The location was superb. Laundry is great. Everything reachable walking.

Cons:

Room was on floor 7 while elevator only goes to floor 6. No window in the room. Payment issues... due to "viruses in the system". Overall it was good. Cannot complain.

An affordable and welcoming stay in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Alan and Rose were both brilliant, kind and respectful employees who made us feel very welcome. Awesome location and place to be (albeit the rooms are not white luxury!) Reccomend for any youngsters or budget conscious people who want a clean, friendly stay right in the heart of the Hanoi old quarter
