Mr. Dong who works at night is good boy and Miss rose also helps a lot . All vietnam related travel support is provided

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of Old Quarter.
Pros:

Great location. Extremely helpful and gorgeous staff that will go that extra mile to help you. Rooms are clean and I had air conditioning, thank goodness as was 36 to 37 degrees outside. The staff can organize day tours etc, exchange money, airport transfers. They can do it all. Breakfast also available which was lovely. A combination of fruit, veitnamese or continental just down the road a very short walk.

Cons:

The TV gave me the run around unfortunately. Put it down to thr TV not liking the heat either. 🤣

Pros:

Totalt perfekt, bästa hotellet jag varit på i Asien. Perfekt till gatan, super fint rum. Om du har rum ut mot gatan har du även en magisk balkong. Personalen var topp, de hjälpte dig med att förstå staden och visa dig ställen de rekommenderar. Deras tvätt service var hur bra som helst också, starkt rekommenderat!

Cons:

När jag var där så byggde dem om gatan vilket medförde ljud, men hotellet ger dig öronproppar. Annars var allt fantastiskt.

El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba bastante por desear. Las fotos no corresponden del todo con la realidad, en las habitaciones apenas hay sitio.

Hotel in posizione ottima, al centro del quartiere di Hanoi, con bar, ristoranti e attrazioni. Servizio lavanderia.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità-prezzo mah e le relazioni umane con le persone mah, ahimè, questa è una caratteristica che noi abbiamo riscontrato c’è più freddezza.

Struttura vecchia e mancanza di pulizia.
Letto e cuscini non comodi.
Dalle fotografie sembra molto meglio di quello che è.

Le fotografie viste non corrispondevano al 100% a quello che poi ci siamo trovati, soprattutto il bagno.
La pulizia da migliorare
