Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zu Fuß ist sehr viel zu erkunden. Das Personal, vor allem Ms. Rose, sind hervorragend und extrem hilfsbereit. Ms. Rose hat für uns zwei Touren super geplant. Vielen Dank für alles!

Right in the center
Pros:

The hotel is a bit dated but functional and right in the old quarter. Despite a small problem with the laundry, the staff managed to fix it.

Ok just for a night to sleep.
Pros:

Did the job for a few hours after arriving from the loop. Staff were able to check me in around 1am and were very nice and accomodating.

Cons:

Windowless room but yet there was a window into the hall way so the light was on all night and the curtains barely blocked it. The floor felt like there was a layer of dust and the bed was hard. Felt quite expensive for the value of the room.

Perfect location for sightseeing in Hanoi
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect for experiencing the centre of Hanoi- the k look air, water puppet show, pagoda, note csfe etc

The worst stay in Asia
Cons:

The toilet and sink pipes was not connected to anything so it was all flowing onto the floor - we got in late so the security man couldn’t do anything, we slept on top of sheets and waited until the receptionist started work to leave - was made to pay the first night that we couldn’t use the bathroom in but let us cancel the other 2 nights. Pictures shown are not true or incredibly old

Easy, comfortable, affordable stay!
Pros:

-Location to everything is awesome! Just about everything is walkable from this hotel.
-My room was spacious and had everything I needed. Very basic but very liveable & comfortable.
-Cold mini fridge, cold AC, hot water in shower.
-I had a balcony room (301) which was great for people watching. Noisy but I wear earplugs to sleep (they were provided anyway)
-Staff are super friendly and efficient and aim to please. Salon on the front desk was such a dream; always smiling and super helpful with tips
-Close proximity to ‘Circle K’ convenience and many places to eat and drink.
-Easy pick up for grab & tour buses at the front door OR when restricted times kick in, an easy 100m walk to the old town perimeter for pick-up / drop-off
-There is a lift to take luggage upstairs and stairs to use whenever you want
-2 small bottles of water, tea, coffee, shower gel were provided every day. Room was also cleaned every day :)
-I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

Cons:

- No fault of the property at all, but know that the old quarter perimeter closes on FRI, SAT & SUN nights and cars are prohibited from entering under Vietnamese law. Don’t stress if the driver says he can’t drop you at the front door during this time, the walk is short & easy!

Return customer who does not mind old as long as its clean
Pros:

We stayed in the cozy budget room. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Fridge kettle and aircon all work. TV required some local knowledge to beat the lack of a remote but a few english channels for news and movies.

Cons:

There is 2 small windows above the door that shine the passage light in. If you are light sensitive it is an issue. Reception demanded our Visa which is the only place in s/e Asia that has asked in 19 years of travel. I think she wanted to see the entry stamp?
