Pros:

Very efficient and helpful staff . Ms Rose and Mr Alan were very helpful for arranging bookings and haling bay cruise . Location is in the centre of Old quarter market .

The stuff was very professional, friendly and gave good recommendations for things to do in Hanoi. Location was also very good, close to the important spots. Room was clean.

Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczne 💕

Cudowne miejsce, w pięknej lokalizacji i świetnym kontaktem z gośćmi. Skorzystaliśmy z ich oferty na wycieczkę do ha long bay jak i z transportu spod lotniska prosto do obiektu. Obie rzeczy bez zastrzeżeń. W szczególności chciałybyśmy pochwalić wspaniałych pracowników, którzy w sytuacji gdzie w godzinach szczytu nie mogłyśmy znaleźć przejazdu na stację autobusową, pomogły nam wyszukać przejazd jak i skontaktowały się z przewoźnikiem w naszym imieniu, żeby na nas poczekali. Można powiedzieć, że uratowały nam tym skórę jak i całą resztę wyjazdu. Bardzo serdecznie pozdrawiamy pracowników i bardzo polecamy miejsce. Dziękujemy jeszcze raz za pomoc 💕

A localização é excelente. Você eta perto de tudo e pode fazer caminhando! Assim que você reserva você recebe uma mensagem do Alan, super atencioso, ele já lhe oferece o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel 15,00USD, ele faz reserva de passeio pra Ha Long Bay e tudo que você precisar.
Podem ficar tranquilos você tem tudo que precisa em volta do hotel, farmácia, restaurantes e está a 5 minutos caminhando da Beer Street. A rua do famoso trem está a menos de 30 minutos caminhando. Wi fi super bom, cama confortável e equipe atenciosa.

הספא - אין פרטיות, מדובר בחדר קטן מאוד. סכנת נפש. לא להתקרב. עשה לנו פציעות בריאותיות משמעותיות. מסוכן ולא שווה את זה. לא מקצועיים.
ניקיון - המצעים לא היו מאוד ניקיים.
מים חמים - זרם מוזר מאוד. מים חמים וקרים משתנים.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay in Old Quarter Hanoi. Friendly helpful staff and Hotel classic old world feel.
Super clean and the location if perfect.
Front rooms with balcony looking over the street are awesome.
My go to place to stay when in Hanoi !!

Pros:

Plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
Good hot water; elevator.

Cons:

Very dated, aircon slow, hard mattress and lumpy pillows.
Had to use my phone torch to find room on 3rd floor as no hall lights on.
But you get what you pay for....

Excellent basic hotel centrally located
Pros:

Everything. Wonderful friendly supportive staff. Especially Alan. Helped me find a good cheaper optometrist outside the tourist zone. Hotel is very centrally located, near the lake for beautiful early morning exercise. Walkable to all Old Quarter and easy walk to French Quarter. Great price.

Cons:

Nothing. Good basic hotel.

I liked the location, it was close to the lake and the town.

Cons:

The AC didn't work in the rooms and the pillows and bedsheet weren't clean. For a 4 star hotel we were expecting certain level of cleanliness.
I was excited about my stay there but the hotel didn't live upto the expectations.
