Ein wunderbares Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der Empfang an der Reception. Als realisiert wurde, dass meine Frau ihren Geburtstag hatte, wurde ihr spontan ein Präsent gemacht. Die Freundlichkeit, insbesondere von Ionela und Iulia war, die Aufmerksamkeit verdient 5 Sterne - sollten wir wieder mal nach Cluj kommen, werden wir bestimmt in diesem Hotel absteigen.

Máskor is, ha Kolozsváron járunk, ebben a szállodában fogunk megszállni.
Pros:

A reggelinél nagy volt a választék, véleményem szerint mindenki talált a foga alá való falatokat, aki éhes volt. Finom, friss, változatos ételeket szolgáltak fel.
A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon kényelmes volt, központi helyen, mégis csendes környezetben.

A bit expensive for the current conditions
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom, the door to the safe cupboard was broken. The shower drain was broken.
Breakfast not very diverse

The window glass is cracking from the outside temperature and it is especially annoying in the morning.

Schönes Hotel nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standard. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber, das Frühstück lecker, das Personal freundlich und perfekt englisch sprechend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es riecht gut in der Lobby. In den Fluren stehen Wasserspender, an denen man sich bedienen kann. Ich würde das Hotel Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen.

Wygodny pokój, wyposażony we wszystko, czego mogłam oczekiwać. Był spory zestaw kosmetyków, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, herbata, dystrybutor wody na korytarzu, klimatyzacja. Do tego darmowy parking, pyszne śniadanie i bardzo miła obsługa. Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko do rynku starego miasta. Z chęcią tu wrócę, gdy będę w okolicy.

Pros:

The location was perfect for a visit to Cluj. The staff were excellent and it was both easy to find and to park.
The breakfast was substantial and very appetising.
All in a a great value for money break.

The room was large(queen room with sofa bed), comfortable.

The location is great - quiet area but still short walk from the Old Town.
