This is the place to stay in Cluj-Napoca
Pros:

The location is walking distance to everything. The trip started with Vanda writing to me to ask if there was anything they could do to prepare and make my trip more enjoyable. The hospitality did not stop there. When we checked in, there was a small issue with our AC and it was immediately checked on and the very friendly maintenance man came to ensure that it was then working properly. Prompt and professional, like I would expect from a Hilton.
The breakfast was diverse and there were new choices every day which I rarely see in any hotel, especially a Hampton. The staff working the breakfast were friendly, constantly cleaning, and always ready to help.
I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Cluj-Napoca!

Sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück ist vielfältig (ich habe nichts vermisst), die Zimmer sind funktionell ausgestattet, die Lage des Hotels ist prima (das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar (20min)), das Personal ist professionell und sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Ottimo alloggio a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro a Cluj Napoca.
Stanza ampia e pulita, dotata di tutto quanto necessario per un gradevole soggiorno.
Parcheggio disponibile coperto e scoperto.
Ottima colazione servita in spazio gradevole.
Molto gradito il fatto che abbiano riconosciuto lo status Hilton Honors.

Hotel curat, mic dejun bine organizat, diversificat.
Foarte aproape de centru 10-15min de mers pe jos.

Am fost cazati in perioada in care in Hotel se aflau cateva echipe de fotbal de juniori, camera noastra era fix intre camerele lor. Au facut galagie constant. A trebuit sa sunam la receptie sa ii rugam la 11 noaptea sa faca ceva astfel jncat sa putem dormi. Timp de doua nopti si 2 dimineti a fost galagie si harmalaie incat se zguduia si grinda camerei. Norocul nostru a fost ca dupa micul dejun si pana seara eram plecati si nu a trebuit sa stam mult in hotel.
Nu inteleg de ce ai caza alti turisti pe acelasi etaj cu atatia copii.
Cei de la hotel nu ii puteau controla si parea ca trebuie sa ne resemnam si sa acceptam situatia desi am platit camera integral si la pret intreg.

Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte politicos, competent si promt. Locatia este pe masura numelui, la standarde superioare. Curatenie, liniste, cameta spatioasa. Micul dejun foarte bine gandit, diversificat, cred ca raspundea tuturor cerintelor. Zona de servire a micului dejun foarte curata, chiar daca au fost cazati si au mancat cateva echipe de fotbat -adolescenti.
