Pros:

It was a fair room for the price.

Cons:

My sheets were stained and when made aware, the staff didn't change them. I slept in gross looking sheets.

great hotel and location, will use again if possible on my next visit
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times before. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is also clean and tidy with daily room service. 10 seconds out to 2nd road for the Baht bus to get around. plenty of places to eat nearby

Cons:

First room I stayed in had windows and but into an airshaft so no natural light. Spoke to reception and alternative room offered with natural light. Unfortunately this room had issues for me with the aircon. But again was moved to a new room which I stayed in for the rest of my stay.
Issues happen at hotels and it's how they dealt with it that matters and they couldn't have done anything more to help me.

Great stay and a very warm staff.
Pros:

Everything is good about this property for what you pay, its economical and have all the facilities needed. If you want to dry clothes go for room with a balcony.

Cons:

they say breakfast is included, but in reality it is only a small piece of cake and a tea/coffee.

I will return again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The design is Japanese style which was very calming. The staff were very friendly and polite, they provided free afternoon tea with cake.
