Pros:

We absolutely loved it we were on the 10th floor just down the hall from Jimmy's Crow's nest had some good snacks and drinks watched the sunsetfrom there. It'was perfect

Location is close to everything but rooms need refreshing as far as decor.
Pros:

Having been to Clearwater, we knew the location was excellent. We had a corner room and the balcony overlooking the marina was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the linens were great. Lunch and dinner at Jimmy's up on the rooftop was delicious.

Cons:

There was only one elevator out of two working. The decor was very dated and dark; not the kind of furnishings I would expect from a place on the beach. Our room was huge but there was one chair for the two of us.

Defiantly a great location.

Cons:

The parking was full when we came back in the evening. I think you should track how many parking passes you hand out to hotel guests and ensure that many spaces are available at all times before selling spots to folks that are not paying to stay at the hotel.
Also it was a very busy weekend and one of the elevator was out the whole weekend, that caused extensive waits. We were on the 10th floor and also in competition with the folks going to the roof top bar.

Location to beach and marina,shopping and restaurants. Rooftop bar was a hotspot!

Cons:

While pool area was nice, it lacked atmosphere. Wish they pumped in some music.

The view was great, the location incredible. Good parking, rooftop bar was nice. The staff was helpful, good amenities.

Cons:

The elevator liked to jump up and down on levels never actually going to the right floor. Also, the cost was a bit expensive and I never received my 75$ deposit back despite nothing being wrong with the way we left the room. No damage, and we cleaned up.

The staff at Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel went beyond my expectations, specially Gina, she works in the main lobby, the people that cleaned the rooms, the person that prepared breakfast, hey all work very hard and very attentive. I can't wait to go again!
