Magnifique!
Pros:

La chambre en style japonais.
Le onsen avec vue (même si le mont Fuji était couvert). L’emplacement à côté de la funiculaire. Le dîner très varié

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très similaire au dîner, il y avait peu de choix sucré

Pros:

El sitio es muy chulo aunque grande, en el onsen muy bien pero había mucha gente. En cuanto al buffet muy completo, nos gustó mucho.
Lamentablemente no vimos el fuji porque estaba nublado pero buenas vistas desde la habitación y desde el onsen.
El personal muy amable, nos llevamos hasta la parada del autobús en un Transfer.

Cons:

El wifi no va bien, entiendo que por donde está pero sería algo a mejorar.

スタッフの対応も丁寧でまた利用したいと思います。
Pros:

和洋の部屋は気軽に横になることが出来てよかったです。大浴場も露天風呂やサウナも併設されており1日に何度も楽しみました。なんといっても富士山が見える中庭は最高の癒しでした。料理も美味しく種類も豊富で箱根観光の足場には絶好です。

Cons:

特に見当たりませんが、小さなお子様には施設内にゲームコーナーとかないので物足りないかも知れません。大人にはのんびり出来て十分だと思います。

Eenvoudig hotel, handig langs Obuka station voor Hakone pasactiviteiten.

Eenvoudige Kamer met uitzicht op Mount Fuji. En gezien

Cons:

Buffet restaurant is meer een all inclusive eet gelegenheid. En westers eten dat kun je beter niet kiezen. We moesten onze Japanse bedden zelf opmaken. Ver uit het centrum waardoor je daar wel moet etem

Hôtel Hakone
Pros:

Le personnel à l'accueil notamment les échanges avec le monsieur aux lunettes. La source d'eau chaude. Le téléphérique à proximité de l'hôtel. Le côté authentique de la chambre. La vie sur lle Mont Fuji qui s'est levé en fin de journée et début de matinée le lendemain.

Cons:

Les informations manquantes ou pas claires en amont de la réservation notamment sur le transport entre la gare Odawara et l'hôtel, c'est bien trop long en bus et les itinéraires très aléatoires quand on ne connait pas....Le fait que certaines lignes de bus ne prennent pas en compte le Hakone freepass!

La vista del monte Fuji all'alba ci ha ripagati della fatica per raggiungere la struttura (Hakone è un po' particolare da raggiungere). Onsen spettacolare, camere molto belle, colazione e cena ottimi con cibo fresco e abbondante

Pros:

Le onsen extérieur avec vue sur le mont Fuji
La chambre avec vue sur le Fuji.
La proximité à pied de la gare du téléphérique, pratique pour rejoindre le lac Ashi

Cons:

L’immense salle de restaurant en self service, assez impersonnelle
Sauf avec le téléphérique, les déplacements sont compliqués. Par exemple pour aller au musée Pola, il vaut mieux prévoir un taxi

Onsen bellissimo, posizione strategica, staff disponibile, camere con vista fuji, funivia a due passi, pulizia, varietà di cibo. Se si va con il bus attenzione a scendere alla fermata giusta cmq ci sono uber disponibili
