Raczej nie wrócimy
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko dworca PKP i centrum handlowego Wroclavia. Przed hotelem przystanek tramwajowy - można łatwo i szybko dojechać do Starego Rynku oraz do Zoo. My chodziliśmy na Stary Rynek pieszo - fajny 30 min spacer. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny - szczególnie w recepcji.

Cons:

Hotel nie ma/ma bardzo słabą izolację dźwięków. Poprosiłam o pokój w cichej części hotelu - niestety nie była taka. Na parkingu, na które mieliśmy okno, hałas od rana. W późnych godzinach też, bo przyjeżdżały autokary i wysiadające z nich wycieczki zachowywały się głośno. Najgorsze było trzaskanie drzwiami z innych pokojów od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych. Kiedy inni goście wychodzili na śniadanie, zaczynała się kakofonia trzaskania, która wybudzała mnie ze snu na dobre 1,5 h. Nie wiem jak to możliwe, ale czasami trzęsła się od tego ściana i nasze łóżko, które przy niej stało. Coś okropnego. W łazience papier toaletowy tragicznej jakości - kupiliśmy własny, bo nie dało się używać. Tylko jedno gniazdo w całym pokoju - po jednej stronie łóżka. Musieliśmy poprosić o przedłużacz, żeby mieć jak ładować telefony, itd. Bardzo dziwna sprawa, ale w pokoju nie było szczotki WC. Podobno decyzja odgórna, że w pokojach nie ma szczotek do toalety. Jako, że zatrzymaliśmy się prawie na cały tydzień, kupiliśmy własną.

Personal jest dobry i pomocny na recepcji. Jednak w stołówce jakoś sprzątanie nie było zbyt dobrym a personel uśmiechniętym.

Cons:

Trochę brudno, te dywany w pokoju brudne i mają ni przyjemny zapach. Ale to 3* tak że nie spodziewałam się na coś wyjątkowego.

Pros:

Było ok, dobry, ekonomiczny hotel na krótkie pobyty.
Śniadanie ok.
Dobra lokalizacja (blisko do dworca PKP i autobusowego).

Cons:

Obsługa była dość obojętna wobec klientów i tego co się wokół dzieje - np. mógłbym nie kupić śniadania i je zjeść, bo nikt tego nie kontrolował.
