Pros:

The place being a little out of the city meant it was very quiet at night. the hosts were very attentive and helpful, and the amenities are top notch.

Pros:

Loved the property. Beautiful rooms and spaces. The huge atrium was very welcoming and a great place to enjoy a meal. The employees, particularly the concierge Kevin were kind and very willing and to help. There is a language barrier in China but at the hotel we were able to manage thanks to the assistance of the hotel employees.

communication breakdown and outdated resort pgotos on booking.com
Pros:

did not receive breakfast. my filters depicted breakfast, parking, indoor pool upon searching for location. just before arrival learned breakfast was excluded but swore it was the option i had selected to include.

Cons:

staff contacted me three times before arrival. hotel was over booked so hotel wanted to upgrade me and relocate me. hotel had a corporate function so was very busy.
tv didnt work. spare bed had a very hard head board with no cushion, my child bumped their head on it immediately upon getting into bed. mini bar just has water and instant coffee. kitchen has no silverware or plates. exteenal facilities not provided information and or map too. couldnt find go cart/atv area, anan farm under construction so could only see wet rabbits and phesants. had to get shuttled back and forth from lodging area to main bldg just for parking and meals. parking limited and confusing. staff shuttled from check in to west wing area but we were lost from there on how and where to find our room. only certain elevators take you to certain floors. hallways long and winding. 30 km round trip just to get dinner outside of resort. no private automobile and ur visit is ruined.

Pros:

Riesige Zimmer, Super Ausstattung (Byredo Produkte im Bad), Bequemes Bett, toller Ausblick, Guter Kaffee, Super Frühstück…Wahnsinn!

Cons:

Vom Flughafen braucht es ca 45 min - aber die sind es wert!

The breakfast and evening meal was delicious

it was in a very strange location with nothing much going on nearby- the lake was dry and it just seemed very dead. A little bit random.

最奇葩的住宿体验
Pros:

拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。
