Wonderful staff
Pros:

I'm so glad that I stayed at this hotel. Location was perfect for me -- a quiet street that entered right into the Tiergarten; room and public spaces were elegant and comfortable. (Great toiletries too!) But what really stood out to me was the excellence of every staff member i interacted with -- to a person, everyone was so kind and truly welcoming.

I've never thought of myself as a zoo person ... but actually, getting to enter it through the hotel, and walking around (it's a great zoo!) was a perfect pre-dinner activity on a nice day.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus bemüht und freundlich, was zu einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Die Einrichtung, das Essen und die Lage waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar auf dem Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt und die Decke unter dem Bezug war nicht ganz sauber. Auch hatten wir einen etwas schöneren Ausblick aus dem Embassy-Zimmer erwartet. Wir haben leider hauptsächlich Gebäude gesehen. Der Pool hätte ein wenig wärmer temperiert sein können.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Tiergarten im historischen Botschaftsviertel ein Traum!
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ob am Empfang, an der Rezeption, an der Bar, im Service, beim Frühstück, beim Parkservice oder im Zimmerservice – alle waren ausnahmslos äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.

Cons:

Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Bodens ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

Hem şehir merkezi hemde büyük bir yeşil alanın yanında konumlanması harika, sessiz. Oda dekoru-temizliği çok iyi ve kullanılan sarf malzemeleri oldukça kaliteli, evinizin konforunu aratmıyor. Kahvaltı, Türk kahvaltısına göre çeşit az ama oldukça kaliteli ve lezzetli. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünebilirim.

After our stay, I noticed that a significant number of negative Google reviews were no longer visible. Whether they were removed by Google or deleted for another reason, the overall rating no longer reflected the concerns we experienced. Had those reviews still been visible, we would likely have chosen a different hotel.

Excellent Location, Disappointing Stay
Pros:

We booked two nights at The Stue and left after the first. While the hotel has an excellent location in the historic embassy district next to Tiergarten, and the staff were always friendly, polite and genuinely helpful, the overall experience was very disappointing.

The main issue was the air conditioning. It didn't work in our suite, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning there didn't work either. Despite setting it to 18°C and leaving it running all night, the room stayed around 28°C, making it almost impossible to sleep. The replacement room was also much smaller than the suite we had booked and had only a tiny floor-level window, so dirty that there was virtually no view. Spider webs around the window did not inspire confidence.

The following morning we were offered yet another room, but we were told it simply needed time for the air conditioning to cool down. That should have been done before asking guests to move into the room. After a sleepless night, we decided to cancel our second night.

Breakfast was another disappointment. We arrived about an hour before closing, but nearly half of the buffet had already disappeared and was not replenished.

Finally, for a hotel in this price category, not having on-site parking is surprising. Street parking is available if you're lucky, but it still costs more than €40 per day.

To the hotel's credit, they allowed us to cancel the second night without penalty. Even so, paying around €530 for one uncomfortable night, plus €45 for parking, represents poor value.

A beautiful building, a great location and excellent staff cannot compensate for a non-functioning air-conditioning system in summer. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend The Stue based on our experience.
