Top Global Hotel at Balik Papan
Pros:

Omg i love this hotel so much!! Just stayed here last week and everything was amazing. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy i sleep like a baby every night. Hospitality also good at the counter.

Overall very happy with my stay, worth every penny! Will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan!!

Not much at all

Cons:

Noisy, dirty, ripped bed sheets, rooms not ready in the afternoon, very slow check-in, noisy nightclub right next to our window - all in all a shocker …. No towels by the way for over 1 hour even when we called reception.

Pros:

The front-office team led by Ms. Nana and their housekeeping team were very accommodative to my early check-in and late check-out. Relatively an old hotel, but one can tell they're working very hard to make their guests' stay to be as comfortable as possible. Just outside the city centre, it's strategically located to explore the local delicacies and neighborhood.

Satisfied with the service and comfort of the hotel
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and informative. The room is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner and mini refrigerator are quite cold. You don't need to worry about storing drinks in the room. The hotel's position is quite strategic, we easily found a place for dinner.
