Excellant hotel and staff, and in a good area with plenty of amenities within walking distance.
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly, professional and ready to help me with any questions I had. I would definetly recommend the executive club as an extra. Very useful as a quite area for work and breakfeast. And great views of Shenzhen bay.

Hotel and staff were exceptional. Customer service is very good including the concierge who helped me resolve a delivery issue.
We booked 3 rooms as we were in SZ for a holiday with our children and their grandparents. All rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. We tried their hotel buffet one morning and really love the high quality standard of food including hand- made pulled noodles which read the highlight of their breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we didn't see the desserts bar until after we finished our breakfast so missed out on the cakes and desserts!
Hotel is next to a shopping mall so it was great for me berbaris I had a massage and hair wash a few times and enjoyed the shops in the mall.

The nearest station is also accessible from the shopping mall, but you need to walk through the underground (with more shops, including local cuisines) walkway. It is quite a distance, expect to walk about 15 minutes from the hotel.

Cons:

Our room's shower water pressure was very low, but the other rooms had good water pressure. I should have mention this to the reception.
The distance to station takes a long time to get to, i neoprene there is an on- ground walk to the station but as we were there in summer (super hot), we always took the underground route which is quite a distance to walk to.

El personal muy amable, el desayuno espectacular y la habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

No nos hicieron el descuento que decían por ser huéspedes y miembros del brilliant, en el bar. Fuimos varias veces y ninguna de ellas nos aplicaron descuento alguno a pesar de decirlo.
En el langham de honk kong ni lo tuvimos que decir y ya nos aplicaron el descuento.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

The choice & quality of what was available at breakfast surpassed anywhere I've stayed before & the food was hot, complimented with a very good choice of coffee available at no extra charge.
I loved the outdoor pool on the 5th floor. It was never very busy & the weather was good enough to enjoy it.
Although my room overlooked a main road, there was no traffic noise.
Overall, I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Shenzhen.

Cons:

It wasn't much of a big deal but, despite arriving later than I anticipated, my room wasn't ready. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered an upgrade but still had to wait while this was prepared.
No 'Bloody Mary' cocktails available & the complimentary nuts, served in the bars, were ruined with certain ingredients to spice things up.
I didn't see an ATM in the hotel, although there is one in a nearby bank, but not 24 hour access
