If I order a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, I expect to have a bed for the kids. At least a sofa bed.

Fine but didn’t meet our expectations
Pros:

The facilities, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, and the gym were fine.

Cons:

Breakfast time is not managed efficently even in not rush Hours. I waited for a cappuccino more than 20 minutes and no one of the staff was able to speak in english. We were in China, a lot of turists were there and Langham is an international group. They have to assure high standard levels everywhere. Hong Kong is better. The hotel need a renewal. The rooms are “old style” furnished but very clean.

Guter Aufenthalt - mit ein paar Ärgernissen
Pros:

Nettes und sehr aufmerksames Personal, toller Spa Bereich und Aussenpool, Zimmer war geräumig, Betten bequem, Cleaning hat top funktioniert - sehr freundliche Dame und das Essen in der Executive Lounge war gut mit etwas Abwechslung

Cons:

Die Flure und das Zimmer rochen teilweise leider etwas modrig und man merkte dem Zimmer manchmal schon das alter etwas an, aber was uns schon gestört hat, war dass uns nie mitgeteilt wurde, dass es kein Frühstück in der Executive Lounge gibt, sonder man dieses ganz normal unten mit allen anderen Gästen (inkl. Wartezeit und Lärm) zu sich nehmen muss. Auch nicht beim Check-In, obwohl dies auf Nachfrage schon längere Zeit so ist, dass die Lounge erst ab 12:00 Uhr öffnet. Das war schon etwas ärgerlich, denn wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir vielleicht nicht mal das Zimmer mit Executive Lounge Zugang gebucht, denn der Afternoon Tea und die Happy Hour waren zwar ganz nett, wir hätten sie aber nicht gebraucht.

Отличный отель в неплохом районе города, примыкает к торговому центру, где есть разные рестораны. Хочу поблагодарить отель за приятный сюрприз в честь моего дня рождения. Дружелюбный персонал по всему отелю. Понравилась сауна и крытый бассейн, а в открытом бассейне вода была холодная. Идеальная уборка каждый день, хороший недорогой завтрак. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель.
