Great family stay
Pros:

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 with three teens. The Silverpeak Apartment accommodated us perfectly and was convenient to dinner options and train station. The facility is clean and updated and staff was friendly. We visited the spa facilities one rainy afternoon and enjoyed that as well.

Great hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights and very much enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lovely buffet on offer. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the dinner offer was also excellent.

The comfortable seating in the cool reception area was appreciated, as was tea / coffee / water (still and sparkling) available 24/7.

The hotel was very conveniently located within a short walk from the train station.

Staff were very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again.

Es war super!
Pros:

Wir hatten das 007 Zimmer. Ist ein schönes grosses Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super genau wie das Abendessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Linda, agradável e memorável. Faltou apenas um pouco de conforto para ser perfeita.
Pros:

Localização excelente, bem perto da estação e muitos quartos com vistas para as montanhas. Café da manhã muito bom e com ambiente igualmente agradável. Restaurante do Hotel também muito bom. É uma ótima opção para ficar em Lauterbrunnen e nos permitiu muito aproveitar a paisagem incrível do local.

Cons:

Acessibilidade: ficamos em um quarto no chalé superior que era separado do prédio principal, e por isso tivemos que subir escadas com malas de viagem grandes.
Além disso, o quarto não tinha algumas coisas como frigobar, blackout nas janelas e ferro de passar. Entendo que algumas coisas são típicas do local, como não ter ar condicionado por exemplo. Mas outras são amenidades simples que poderiam tornar mais confortável a estadia do hóspede.
No geral é uma ótima opção para quem deseja ficar em Lauterbrunnen. Mas se você é alguém que prioriza conforto, talvez seria melhor buscar um local em uma área mais estruturada, como Interlaken por exemplo.

Hotel in amazing location
Pros:

Clean hotel. Excellent location opposite station.
Very efficient re booking in , paperwork etc
Excellent food ( self service but worked well). Desserts were amazing.
Room on the small size but clean and very comfortable beds.
Balcony was ridiculously tiny for us when the room was set up as a triple .

Utterly delightful hotel in perfect location
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We had booked the Valley View Top Superior room and it was amazing. A very large room on the corner of the building with two balconies! This worked perfectly in the heatwave as one was always shaded! The bathroom was huge and everything in the room was top quality, fabulous wooden ceilings and a superb tiled floor. The whole building was beautifully fitted out and so well thought out and designed. The location, off the main street, but only a minutes walk, was superb! So peaceful and with beautiful gardens and lovely fields behind with a family of goats! It was so beautiful and away from the very busy main road that it felt like a real haven. The free car park was an added bonus. There was a wonderful outside terrace as well as different dining areas inside, all very good. The reception area had free still and sparkling water, ice and hot drinks available 24 hours a day. A much welcomed facility. The breakfast was very good indeed, lots of options and all very fresh and well stocked. We had dinner here twice and the food was superb. They have a brilliant pizza oven and as such create amazing pizzas! There is a traditional menu too with lots of options. We enjoyed everything we had here. A final mention must be for the staff. The team here work so hard to create this perfect location. Every member of the team are friendly, kind and diligent ensuring you have the best possible time. We would return in a heartbeat and cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special.
