Pros:

Great location, good size balcony, friendly staff.

Cons:

We had a room on the first floor and we could hear people moving in the room above at all hours. Sleep was disrupted every morning.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima. Com uma leve caminhada de dois minutos já se chega à estação de trem. Além disso, o café da manhã é bom e a vista do quarto é maravilhosa. O atendimento é ok. Há opções de mercado e restaurantes por perto.

Cons:

O hotel está nitidamente envelhecido. O chuveiro tinha apenas duas temperaturas: escaldante e congelante, não havendo nenhuma maneira de ajustar entre os dois extremos. Tomar banho virou algo muito desagradável. Quando achamos que a temperatura está apropriada para um ser humano, logo vem um jato fervente ou um jato muito gelado. Isso foi algo realmente muito ruim. Por fim, o preço é muito alto para o que oferece, mas nada muito diferente das demais opções da região. Aqui, você vai pagar pela localização, e não pela qualidade da hotelaria propriamente dita.

Hotel with a view.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable with a beautiful view. The down side that takes the hotel from excellent to good, is that the sound proofing is insufficient; can hear people walking around on floor above, TV in the next room, doors closing, snoring. On the upside there is coin laundry for guests to use with drying racks to use in your own room. There is a beautiful garden right beside the hotel that is peaceful for a stroll. Breakfast was included and it was fresh and tasty. FYI there are no face cloths provided and the soap container needs to be squeezed, which might be a problem for anyone with arthritic hands.

Wonderful visit to Lauterbrunnen
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in great location. It’s on my a short 5 minute walk from the station. We had a balcony room with a view of the valley and Stubbach Falls. The room was really nice with excellent shower and huge bath. The bed was so comfortable after long days sightseeing. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was a large buffet with many options. The staff were wonderful and the nice touch was supplying us with a picnic to go on our last day as we had to leave well before breakfast. So glad we stayed here and would definitely do so again.
