Pros:

The hotel is very close to the train station, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
However, our room (No. 62) was located behind the hotel in a separate building that required us to go outside the main hotel to reach it. Although the walking distance was short, we found it inconvenient.
The room's view was of the mountains rather than the waterfall. The floor was made of stone, and no slippers were provided. The bathroom was also quite old.
Overall, we were not very satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

It is a beautiful place close to the bahnhof and the waterfalls. The view from our balcony was really nice. The staff was kind and the breakfast was really nice. Would totally recommend it.

Cons:

The shower and washroom were completely open with no door or curtain. It is not an issue when you are travelling solo or as a couple, but maybe not otherwise.
