تجرّبه سيئة من الفندق ومن بوكينج

لا شي تحت الصيانه ولم يتم استقبالي

الفندق تحت الصيانه ولا يستقبل زوار
لا اعلم لماذا الفندق موجود بقائمة الحجوزات بتطبيق بوكينج وهوا خارج خارج عن الخدمه
لقد ذهبت إلى الفندق بيوم الحجز وتم تحويلي إلى منتجع جدا بعيد عن وادي موسى على حسابي الشخصي ( لم يوفروا لي الفندق اي مواصلات للذهاب والعوده من الفندق لزيارة البتراء )
فقط الذهاب والعوده إلى المنتجع كلفني ما يقارب 30 دولار
لقد اهدرت يوم كامل من اليومين المجدولة لزيارة البتراء فقط للتاكد من وضع المخيم والبحث عن فندق آخر
مع العلم بان المخيم كان جميل وهادى بوسط الجبال والطبيعة المحيطة به جدا جميله والخدمات بالمنتجع من مسبح وصالة رياضيه ونظافه يصلح المنتجع لمن يحب الهدوء والعزلة باحضان الطبيعة
وصاحب المنتجع كان جدا متعاون ومحترم
بالأخير اعتقد بان بوكينج يتحمل الملامه الأكبر لعرض هذا الفندق بالتطبيق وخدمة العملاء لم تكون متجاوبه بشكل اسرع حيث انهم عرضوا علي فنادق ثاني يوم بعد تاريخي حجزي

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour la visite du site de Petra. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines agréables. Le personnel y est très serviable. Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et le recommandons à tous.

Very good, and a hugely appreciative of Safi's advice.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is very convenient for Petra and the room was very comfortable. The reception staff Safi and Mohamed were excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

The food menu in the evening is limited but this is due to current geopolitical tensions beyond their control.

Pros:

페트라 입구랑 가까워서 좋아요.

Cons:

바닥 먼지와 머리카락 청소가 잘 안되어 있어요. 조식 종류도 별로 없고 맛도 없어서 아쉽지만 페트라와 가까운 위치는 정말 좋아요.

The best hotel for your stay in the town!

отличный отель!!! локация, номера, персонал, еда - всё на высшем уровне!

было очень приятно тут находиться, и совсем не хотелось уезжать в следующий город и другой отель. По итогу всего отдыха и проживания в 5 разных отелях в целом, могу смело заявить, что этот был самым лучшим по всем фактором и тем более по соотношению цена-качество.

Petra visitor center всего лишь в 5-7 минутах пешком от отеля.

не могу не отметить завтраки и широкий выбор еды на них. шведский стол, на котором каждый найдет себе еду по душе.

рекомендую, 10/10!

Très bon emplacement à 2min à pied du Visitor Center. Restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. Idéal pour le passage à Petra, sans être obligé de prendre un taxi pour aller à wadi musa
