Pros:

What a hidden gem right smack.in the Centro storiċi. 2 mins away from piazza maggiore And via indipendenza. Beautiful and comfortable and oh what a god send to escape the heat. Rooms were comfortable and cool and breakfast was a pleasant surprise with both hot and cold items with a very good variety to choose from. Staff are so nice and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Hyvä huone ja sijainti, mutta hotellin palvelu ei ihan nappiin
Pros:

Perhehuone oli todella tilava ja toimiva 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle, hotellin sijainti erinomainen. Huone siisti ja kuvien mukainen.

Cons:

Palvelu oli välillä tosi epäystävällistä ja välinpitämätöntä, välillä tosi auttavaista. Aamupalalla loppui iso osa tarjoiltavista paljon ennen aamupala-ajan loppumista. Huoneen hintaan nähden tämä ei ole ok.

Tornerei sicuramente.
Pros:

Posizione centrale a 5 minuti da piazza Maggiore.
Ottima colazione internazionale con molta scelta tra salato e dolce.
Parcheggio sotterraneo a pochi passi.
Pulito e non polveroso, una delle persone è allergica alla polvere e non ha avuto nessun problema.

Cons:

Solo un paio di note minori, che non pregiudica assolutamente l'esperienza.
Attenzione alle guardizioni della doccia che magari sarebbero da pulire meglio.
Il frigo bar con una sola bottiglia di acqua ha poco senso, o viene dotatao o viene rimosso, un paio di bottigliette da mezzo litro di acqua al giorno oramai le comprendono anche strutture con costi decisamente inferiori.

The breakfast and room is pretty basic but good. The real plus for this hotel is the location - very walkable from the train station and a great base to explore from. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a better selection but for the price it was reasonable.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, o que possibilitou visitar a cidade toda a pé. A limpeza, o quarto confortável, oferecia tudo para possibilitar uma boa noite de sono.

Cons:

A insonorização não era boa. Ouviam se as portas a bater e as pessoas a falarem. Sugiro que as cadeiras pudessem ter nos pés algo que ao serem arrastam não se pudessem ouvir.
