La tranquilidad y el desayuno.
Las zonas comunes (pasillos y descansillos de las escaleras) estaban más que sucias. Creo que un hotel 5 estrellas nos puede permitir eso.
Por otro lado, la limpieza de habitaciones muy lenta… la mayoría de los días eran más de las 5pm y no estaban hechas.

club kamer was erg mooi, mooi uitzicht, echter enige echte voordeel was kamer zelf en andere ontbijt, zwembaden zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk. vriendelijk personeel bij receptie en zwembad bediening.
handdoeken leggers en hotel trat er niet actief tegen op. super irritant als mensen in ochtend al hun handdoek gaan leggen en dan gaan ontbijten en zo stoelen blokkeren, niet netjes, en irritant. bediening in steakhouse was minder vriendelijk en attent en eten was niet zo lekker.

Honnêtement, cet établissement ne correspond pas, selon nous, aux standards que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous le situerions davantage au niveau d’un basique 4 étoiles, d’autant plus au regard des tarifs pratiqués.
Plusieurs points nous ont particulièrement déçus :
* Chambre trop étroite, avec un espace assez limité pour un établissement de cette catégorie
* Emplacement peu pratique et assez isolé : très peu de vie aux alentours, taxis difficiles à trouver et Uber quasiment inexistants
* Piscine dans un esprit “beach club” avec accès payant, ce qui est assez surprenant compte tenu du standing et du prix de l’hôtel
* Restauration décevante, aussi bien au restaurant qu’au niveau de la piscine, avec une qualité qui ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur des tarifs
* Salle de bains très peu équipée : absence de cotons, cotons-tiges, kit dentaire ou même de brosse pour les toilettes. La douche est également assez moyenne pour un hôtel présenté comme un 5 étoiles
* Eau offerte uniquement en canettes, détail qui peut paraître anodin mais qui contribue à une expérience assez éloignée de celle attendue dans cette catégorie
* Service extrêmement lent dans l’ensemble : réception, bar, restaurants, serveurs et même service autour de la piscine. Il faut régulièrement patienter
* Caution de 250 € qui devait, selon les informations communiquées, être débloquée le jour du départ, mais pour laquelle il nous a finalement été indiqué qu’un délai minimum de 48 heures était nécessaire
Le principal problème reste finalement le rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel pratique des tarifs très élevés et se présente comme un établissement 5 étoiles, ce qui crée naturellement un certain niveau d’attente. Malheureusement, l’expérience globale, les prestations et le niveau de service ne nous ont pas semblé à la hauteur.
L’établissement n’est pas mauvais en soi, mais à ce niveau de prix et avec un classement 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions clairement à beaucoup mieux.

Service was non-existent. When my 20-year-old daughter was throwing up during the night, they were unable to provide a simple cup of tea. Their only response: "We can call an ambulance."
On one evening, the entire hotel suffered a power outage, and they were incapable of serving even cold food—no bread, no olives, nothing. The excuse: the billing system was down. Yet, when I ate salted nuts from the minibar, they made sure to charge me for them. An absolute cheek.
At one of the three pools, there is a minimum spend of €100 per person. They shamelessly try to squeeze as much money out of guests as possible. We could easily afford it, but this attitude is completely off-putting.
You only get a single can of water per day (an environmental absurdity). We ended up refilling our water in the gym, as we refuse to pay for overpriced canned water in 35°C heat.
This is absolutely not worthy of a 5-star rating. There are also far too few sun loungers on the beach; we had to rent loungers from a third-party provider twice for €25. Due to all these experiences, we decided not to eat at the hotel even once.

Nos encantó absolutamente todo del hotel: la atención, el ambiente, las instalaciones y, especialmente, las vistas, que son espectaculares y hacen que la estancia sea todavía más especial.
El desayuno fue otro de los grandes puntos fuertes: muchísima variedad, productos de excelente calidad y una presentación impecable. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Las vistas preciosas.
Sin duda, un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente. Nos encantó la experiencia y superó nuestras expectativas.

Beautiful and quiet space
Parking is advertised as free and we were told there was no available parking anywhere else. We paid 20 euros the first night however we realised there was free parking 2 mins away. We felt slightly deceived about this but our stay was lovely despite this.
Struttura molto confortevole con vista davvero bella su cala altrettanto bella.
L unica pecca è che la spiaggia è libera quindi si affolla . L hotel comunque mette a disposizione oltre che l accesso anche dei lettini per gli ospiti . Il terrazzo della camera non veniva pulito come la camera internamente .
La posizione, fuori dal caos e direttamente sul mare. Il cibo è fantastico. Le stanze sono molto belle.
La gestione dei lettini sia sulle piscine che in spiaggia. Le persone vanno di mattina ad occupare i lettini, in questo modo restano persone per ore a girare in cerca di un posto dove sdraiarsi.
