Breakfast was great just not a lot of staff
Good location
For the 3 days we were there, we were presented with a dirty teapot. Pictures show how the teapot looked every day; it just needed a wash. When I spoke to the staff, they did not seem to understand my complaint.

The hotel location is fantastic with the swimming pool being a steady 5 minutes away. The suite is spacious with the jacuzzi bath being a great bonus
The suite is looking a little tired now and a refurbishment is well over due. A fridge with ice box would be a great inclusion.
Hotel room was a good size
Not the friendliest staff and that was our biggest disappointment.
Bed was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. For someone that can usually sleep anywhere, that was a big deal.

Rooms were done every day but we wasn't always supplied with enough toilet roll. Expensive bar .
It’s big and comfortable. We were given a room with access to our car parked outside our room.

There was an issue in the restaurant and we had to wait one and a half hours for our food.
There was an issue with our shower but to be fair we were moved to an upgraded room.
We asked for extra pillows and didn’t get them until I had asked 4 times and took 24 hours to get them.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast very nice .

I like this hotel because the twin room is 2 double beds which suits me because I take my mum away with me so we have a big bed each
The bath because my mum isn't able to get her leg over the bath for a shower
