When we ask to change room due to noisy air conditioning unit outside wondow we were up graded to a better room.
Breakfast was ok.

Two large fountain right outside hotel running all night and making more noise when trying to sleep

After a busy day we need to rest and relax in peace but few doors away the guest played very loud music till late which was very frustrating
Spacious suite, big bed, patio, breakfast was lovely
Room was above the function room & a band was playing so very loud couldn't sleep until it finished
The hotel staff was really friendly it was my daughters birthday and they made it special for her putting balloons on the table for breakfast.
The hotel bed was comfortable the shower is amazing.
The entertainment staff we asked them 3 times to say happy birthday and it got so late we ended up leaving.

Clean, excellent location, great parking smack outside and the breakfast was beautiful.
Booked early check in but took 3 attempts for payment to go through even though the £15 charge was taken from my account the first 2 times still said declined on the card machine. Tried a third time on a different machine and went through fine. £45 paid for a £15 early check in fee so hoping I get the other £30 back.
Mattresses not the comfiest but ok for a few nights.

Room was hot & with windows open @ night too much noise from youngsters hanging around hotel entrance in early morning under the influence of alcohol
The staff were fantastic, especially the lady who served us our evening meal on both nights.
We booked a suite that had been refurbished and a room that is now classed as a premium room.
Both really nice.
The space in the suite was good. Bed comfortable in the suite.
Our food was good, breakfast and evening meals.
Hair dryer was good.
Lots of seating. The bedroom in the suite had been well thought out.
We have stayed on several occasions and unfortunately the last two times we have stayed, the people in the opposite room to us thought it was ok to smoke cannabis in their rooms.
We had children with us and the stench was awful.
We did complain but not sure if anything was done about it.
The new refurbished suite could also do with lamps in the living room area. As there were non. The fridge temp was not good did not get cool enough, no coffee pods. If you are going to provide a coffee machine in a room pods should be provided. Especially if you are paying for a suite.
No shaving socket in the bathroom. As a newly refurbished room, one should have been in there.
Also automatic lighting in an open wardrobe does not work.
Constantly going on and off all the time at every little movement. We had to cover it.
Bathroom cabinet doors could not be opened.
